Our first visit to Billy's was on a Saturday night at 8:30 pm and we will definitely go back. My hubby got the broasted chicken and it was delicious. He's looking forward to going back when they have their broasted pork chops. I had the ribs and they did not disappoint. Meaty and the sauce was so good. The only thing I could recommend would be to caramelize the sauce onto the ribs for an even better taste. The sides (mashed potatoes with gravy/corn/side salad) were all perfect especially those creamy, homemade mashed potatoes. Their chips and salsa were good but if you want a little heat in your salsa, ask for a side of their chopped green chilis to add to it. The only negative thing I can say is that the side of beans and cheese we ordered definitely needed some seasoning as we both found it very bland so we didn't eat it. We brought it home and my hubby doctored it the next day and it was delicious. I wish I could remember our servers name but I can't. She was a young, dark haired girl who was extremely pleasant and attentive. Looking forward to our next visit!

Celebrated my parents 61st wedding anniversary. The ribs were outstanding and so was the creamy cold slaw. The absolute best around. Our server Emily was very good also. If you haven't given them a try you are definitely missing out.
