Apparently it's a big deal to cut an ingredient that takes seconds. Also, the place is usually empty and not that busy. Especially in middle of nowhere farm land. Give me a break. They have to make you the sandwich the way the customer prefers. Obviously to an extent of course. But this was a very very minor task. And the look I was given was humiliating. On top of a cold sandwich when they could have put it into the MerryChef for at least 5-10 seconds. Not that hard people.

Out of all the subways that I have been to.This has to be the most cleanest and the nicest people I have ever spoken to.They always greet you with a smile and they talk to you as soon as you walk through that door. MY sandwiches NEVER Look like what is advertised on TV or at the store!!!!My sandwich is not like what is advertised. Fake advertising. Barely any meat, vegetables sparingly. I did not get my moneys worth and then on top of that the crew wanted a tip —are you kidding me?? Please don’t waste your money at Subway on Main Street in Monrovia Indiana.

I think the general consensus is in. This place is low key trash. The supervisors. Are supervisors because they are good at what they do. Count on them to make you a sandwich. Tonight I just had to call.. cause my wrap is literally dunked 360 in sauce and already fell apart before I got to it. Girl on the phone said wElL yEa. HaPpeNs sOmTiMeS with wraps. I assure you, it's only happened here. The lack of disregard for the customer here is actually laughable. I'll go the extra mile as long as I ain't gotta eat my subway with a knife and fork. Matter of fact I ain't even gonna finish this. Give me some g** d*** wrap with all this sauce before you take my money. Ain't gonna be a next time.
