They're online ordering option only works 1/3 of the time. The last time I tried ordering it was an hour before they closed, and their website said they were closed. Their food is definitely good though, and the restaurant itself is a nice place to eat at though.
I left and went across the street to CVS not knowing they had forgotten the cheese cups I had ordered. The employee who waited on me sent his wife across the street to give me my cheese cups. Now that’s customer service!

I love this restaurant & the staff!! Everyone is so kind and friendly. Every time I order everything is always so hot and fresh. Everyone is always smiling, it’s such a great atmosphere to be in. Thank you Arbys of Monticello !!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
