The young guy who works the front doesn't need to be working with customers so rude cant say hello and thank you is that not something that you guys teach with customer service. He doesn't talk loud enough or clear enough so when I say sorry what was that I dont expect to be yelled at like im deaf literally just talk normal act like you want to be here. Monday August 4th at 6 pm whoever he is needs to get moved to the back like dish or fry.

Our fries were cold by the time we got them home which is 3 minutes down the road. Other than that the guy who helped us was very nice and apologized for any wait we had. There was a man, that I'm assuming was a manager, who was yelling and complaining about the customers in the drive thru

Unfortunately, twice now, I've had ingredients that I didn't ask for on my food, including onion. If you have allergies, you may want to eat elsewhere to avoid getting the wrong ingredients on your sandwiches.

Food was cold. Turnovers tasted like they were made last week. I wasted $30 for terrible/cold food. Will not be returning.

Not good at all, condiment center was out of ketchup and horsey sauce but worse than that it was really dirty. Food was barely warm even though we asked for the potatoes cakes to be made fresh. I will never eat here again. The two in Plainfield are top notch. Good service, good food. Make the drive, it's worth it.
We went in Arby’s and order food then leave we checked food in bag. Found that One miss sandwich in bag then came back to get one .. the food were suck beef not thick enough on sandwich and fry fries taste awful the drink coke tasted too sweet

I ordered a beef and cheddar with horsey sauce and Arby’s sauce. I got about the usual amount of beef and a drizzle of cheese. No horsey sauce. It was the worse food I have ever gotten there. I am so disappointed! 😔
