I ordered a beef and cheddar with horsey sauce and Arby’s sauce. I got about the usual amount of beef and a drizzle of cheese. No horsey sauce. It was the worse food I have ever gotten there. I am so disappointed! 😔

On Monday July 1st the lady taking orders inside, Jasmin, spent 30 minutes in the lobby talking to her boyfriend leaving lobby a complete disaster. Drinks were spilled all over the drink station and crumbs were all over the floor under tables.

Took carry out through drive thru. Called prior to see if they still carried the fresh market sandwich ?. Yes! Perfect. Got it 2 orders of these home with the curly fries and cheese sauce. Only one cheese sauce in the bag the curly fries were old. The end of the bag so crumbs. Horrible! The market sandwich the one was not toasted just one side, bacon was cold. Overloaded on mayo ! Very dissatisfied and disappointed . Won't go back there.

I didn't see any napkins so I went up to the counter and an older lady was placing a very large order. One woman behind the counter walked past me and didn't say a word. Never bothered to ask if I needed anything. I got tired of waiting and didn't want to leave my sandwich that long at the table so I went back to my table. They did have napkins where the soda fountain was, I didn't see it the first time. Anyway, service was slow and not very good.

Last night 4/22/2024, my boyfriend got off work and we decided to get the 2 for $6. The guy didn’t ask what sauces we wanted, or what size drinks. We got home and the food was okay. We both woke up this morning realizing we both got food poisoning bad. We were awake all night long sick! Terrible service and terrible experience
