I didn't see any napkins so I went up to the counter and an older lady was placing a very large order. One woman behind the counter walked past me and didn't say a word. Never bothered to ask if I needed anything. I got tired of waiting and didn't want to leave my sandwich that long at the table so I went back to my table. They did have napkins where the soda fountain was, I didn't see it the first time. Anyway, service was slow and not very good.

Last night 4/22/2024, my boyfriend got off work and we decided to get the 2 for $6. The guy didn’t ask what sauces we wanted, or what size drinks. We got home and the food was okay. We both woke up this morning realizing we both got food poisoning bad. We were awake all night long sick! Terrible service and terrible experience

We waited 20 minutes for cold sandwiches and fries that were burnt. 3 of 12 nuggies also tossed because the were not edible. While we were eating, someone else brought their food in from drive thru and said they were not eating that, ditched the food and just left. Won't be back to this location.

Went through drive thru just now, we thanked kid working drive through and said have a nice night, he completely ignored us...never said a word. Pulled around to check order, one order of fries was upside down, one order of cheese sticks were upside down, missing order of fries, missing au jus sauce for French dip, French dip not wrapped so half of sandwich was in bottom of bag, sliders were covered in hot sauce oozing out of wrapper. 40.00+ order. Clearly employees working tonight do not care about their jobs. Just sad.

I eat at at Arby's a lot but to night was so ? not right first it was cold so when I did get my food it was cold frys cold sandwich was so so but over cooked in the mic as I got a number 3 the broth was cold cold the bread was so rubbery I could not eat it that you got a the guy that rung me up yes I am hard to understand but I pointed at the menu board and help up 3 fi gers you would thing that would be a very good clue as I don't have a voice box from cancer... than as I'm sitting there injoying my drink in this cold store the same guy comes out sits at a table and is on the phone complaining about what he can say and not say to costumers.... this place needs some help cuss the food was not good.... cold in store and your employees need to talk about the problems a way from the costumers.... very sad I don't thing I'll be back to Mooresville store for a few I hope you get things right

Grossly overcharged for a little bit of food. Most drive thru's aren't pleasant currently anyways, so this one fits right in.
