The men that work at this, Burger King are completely incompetent. When I order through DoorDash or I go to the drive-through women working everything‘s hot fresh nothing’s missing unfortunately ITS NEVER the same when it’s only men on staff.

This place is going to crap. They run out of everything constantly, the foods cold, and the bread is old. I used to love this Burger King but I’m going to have to go the other way on Kentucky now.

Went there today at 2:50 pm. I waited, and yes I timed it, exactly five minutes, no one came to counter to take my order. So guess what….. I left and they get a 1 star review. Want a 5 star review? I suggest you have staff at the counter. Sorry to have to leave this review to remind of customer service. How do they keep their doors open?
From what I’ve just read in the other reviews I have just might dodged an upset stomach or worse.

Keep getting the wrong frozen drinks ordering on DoorDash. Even when calling ahead. Nothing they can do? Put some tomatoes on my whopper? Stupid Manager! Poor customer service! Go to steak and shake next door!🤔

I haven't had Burger King for a while (2-3 years). I ordered a regular Whopper sandwich and a large soft drink for take out. The burger had a lot of gristle in it, so I probably won't have another one.

Service was kind of lackluster. The fries don't add up to a large fries and the chicken fries are salty. Person taking a order was just not friendly.

It was my first time coming to this location and it was the worst rude experience I've ever had. The cashier was amazing and was understanding that I couldn't have salt on fries. But it went down hill from there. There is atleast 10 people working and they weren't busy but yet we couldn't find a place to sit because every table was dirty trash all over in random places. Then they mess up the no salt request and was just going to redrop the fries. We asked them to drop another batch fresh and then they began to give us attitude and was rude. I don't appreciate the comment that was made when my son asked for 6 mayo packets. That's not alot to ask for, for a family of 4 that enjoy dipping their fries in mayo. No one has a hair net on so I really hope no hair gets in people's food. Look before you bite.

Literally went through the drive through waited almost 10 minutes to just order to literally pull my sandwich out of the bag and there's a nasty penny in my sandwich!! Wth!!! Disgusting!!!
Email deal was not available at this location. I'm more angry at BK corporate about thus than this particular store. Online only deals often tend to be problematic. They should just do away with them and lower prices. That would increase sales more than these stupid promotions and nonexistent deals

Went through drive thru just now. I asked for ketchup. The lady dropped my bag of food IN THE FLOOR & HANDED IT TO ME!! I went inside to get my order remade after explaining what just happened and I was refused new food. That's nasty! I'm out money on food I won't eat bc it's been in the floor & still hungry bc they wouldn't remake it or do a refund. I will not be back to this location. Shame on you BK!!
