The banana split was the best I’ve ever had! However, our experience was not the greatest and I really hope it was just a one time incident- we arrived at 8:45 (knowing they closed at 9:00, but its ice cream, so how long could it take?!) and I didn’t make it out of the drive thru until 9:20ish. When we pulled up, there were about 8-10 cars in the drive-thru so I thought it would be better to just pop inside- WRONG! The door was locked. At 8:45(?!). We then sat in line for about 30mins until it was finally our turn at the window. The girl at the window took our order (we got 2 banana splits, and 2 vanilla cones) and also made/scooped our order meanwhile 2 other employees were doing closing tasks. I fully understand that most employees seem to be high-school age and they’re probably still learning, but I would think serving customers and completing closing tasks would be tag-teamed and better prioritized than it seemed to be last night (would also be more efficient especially time-wise). I have worked in customer service/food service/drive thru in the past so fully understand, but last night was a little ridiculous. The employees were friendly, but the wait was insane and management might want to re-consider the flow of things at closing time because waiting 30+ minutes for ice cream when the indoor area is closed (before closing time) and 3 employees are working inside is a little much.

The longer I sat here and thought about it, the more I wanted to write a review. So now I'm here.
I went a few days ago about an hour or two before the drive thru should close with my fiance. We were the only people in the drive thru, so there should've been no rush, no nothing. We told the man step for step what we wanted. Neither myself nor my fiance got what we asked for. I wanted a dipped cone with chocolate and rocky road, with some chocolate drizzle. And my fiance wanted the cookies and cream and a dipped cone with Nutella. He mixed up what we said, didnt give either of us dipped cones, none of it. We left disappointed because we hate correcting people, but we weren't happy. Service wasn't great, but the ice cream was...fine.

Best place on earth. I love the vibe in all their stores and the ice cream is amazing. Especially the banana pudding ice cream.
