I visited this place for the first time today and the food is delicious, the service was good but I think the waitress wanted to get us out of the place soon lol it’s fine. Well, I recommend it, the place is much better than the Plainfield buffet.

I don't understand the reviews. This place is old, out dated and way overpriced. No traditional fried rice on buffet. Pork fried rice is disgusting. Not to mention sweet and sour chicken is microwaved every time it is brought out. Soggy and mushy on the outside and way over cooked on the inside. Let's not forget I have had to say home today so I can be close to my bathroom. Never again.

Dongs has ALWAYS been a staple in Morgan county. Some of the best Chinese I have ever had besides in China town in Chicago & Massachusetts. Every time I go somewhere I compare it with Dongs. Food has always been fresh & service is always excellent. Only reason they received 4 stars & not 5 is that they are closed on Tuesdays. It seems like every time I want Chinese it's on a damn Tuesday. But I do understand that everyone needs a day off to reset. The inside hasn't changed much from when I was younger, but they always keep it clean. There is plenty of seating inside. My favorite thing is getting a to go box and filling it up. Their food is soooo good the next day when it's cold too.

Good food and always in stock. The service was great and we instantly got a seat. The only downside was it is a little bit pricy. The price was about 12.50 per person for lunch.

I’ve been to a lot of Chinese restaurants over the years and to me this is by far the best one. I love having so many choices to choose from on the food. It gives you an opportunity to sample some different things. I’ve always told everyone that they always keep everything stocked up fresh! And the staff is always wiping down the area around the bars, keeping everything nice and clean.

Dong's China Buffet is the best Chinese buffet in the Indianapolis area. They could take this food downtown in Indianapolis, put it in a ritzy building, and they could charge $30 a head and it would do well. Instead, they choose to keep the prices reasonable with high quality food, impeccable service and a wonderful clean establishment.The variety on the buffet is fantastic, and the food always tastes fresh and well-prepared. My drink never got empty or even close to it. They move people in and out quickly. When I got up, I looked back, and they were already bussing my table.Fantastic food at a fair price.
