I don’t know what kind of wizardry is happening inside this truck, but after one bite I’m convinced the chef made a deal with the flavor gods. 🙌🔥 If you see Gumption Chef parked anywhere, cancel your plans, pawn your treadmill, and eat here immediately. Life’s too short for boring food.
We had 3 amazing sandwiches tonight from the Gumption Chef! My boys loved the smash burger and the pulled pork but my wife and I split a pulled chicken sandwich and it was the most flavorful chicken we’ve ever had!
Keep killing it Sean! Thanks for the great experience.

Highly recommend:
-Smash Burger
-Queso Mac (with ANY meat added. Brisket, smash burger, pork belly etc.)
-Golden Delicious sauce
I would genuinely ask for the brisket and smash queso mac as one of the items in my last meal if I was on deathrow.
