Horrible drive thru lane for cars bigger than compact, very very easy to rash your rims. Lobby seems to be closed often for staffing.

This was one of the newest KFCs in central Indiana when it was built a few years ago. Unfortunately it's also one of the worst. Their prices are completely absurd and far exceed inflation. My mom and I once came in here and got the chicken wraps when they had the 2 for $5 deal and it was a total scam. The wraps were nothing more than a bland tortilla with a single, small fried chicken tender in each one with some shredded cheese. Also, the sides are really tiny and you barely get a few bites out of them despite their high price.
Additionally, when downloading the KFC app to place an online or carryout order, this location is not even available, as if it doesn't even exist. But on second thought, maybe it shouldn't. Some of the staff are nice though, nothing against them, but KFC has fallen off a cliff in terms of quality and value, and the one on Plainfield that used to have the buffet wasn't too bad but now it's as dead as this one.
You're better off going down the street to Kroger for a fried chicken meal from their deli or even further up the road to Walmart. I really don't know how this location is even still in business.

They where slow with taking my order where out of extra crispy chicken plus there chicken was super soggy and they shorted me 3pc of chicken out of the bucket

Disappointed with my visit inside. Started off being out the pot pie. No big deal. So I asked if they had a two piece chicken meal. And they said yes. I sat patiently for15 minutes and went to the counter and asked about my meal. And was told I’m waiting for chicken. I sat down for 7 minutes more and then asked for a refund. I was told I can’t have a refund and my order would be ready a minute and a half. Still waited longer. And I informed the manager about the black mold spots on the ice machine. She told me that happens around wet stuff. Very disappointing. You can see mold on the stainless above the ice dispenser. Also didn’t have macaroni and cheese or bbq sauce.

To start off, most of the staff was nice. They were very helpful and did their job well.

However, there was this one guy who needs to get his act together. I had trouble opening the front door because it was heavier than I was expecting. When I walk in, he proceeds to ridicule me for not being able to open a door. I ordered and got my food (which was wrong by the way) and he came out in the lobby with another employee to clean. He was being very disrespectful the entire time.

I am writing this review more to let the owners know that this guy is a problem and he needs to get his act together. Even though my order was messed up, the food was still fresh and the rest of the staff were nice. Just do me a favor, you random smart-aleck KFC employee, and try to be at least a little pleasant.
