I purchased 48 pieces of fried chicken at the deli on Labor Day and all my guests raved about the chicken. They all said it was the best fried chicken they had tasted in years. It absolutely made the holiday meal a treat.

5:30 PM Thursday 8/18. Stopped in to get some cod loin. Nice pieces of fish in the service case. There was some prepackaged in the self service case. I wanted the fish out of the service case. Nobody to wait on me. I went to customer service and waited for someone to help. After a few minutes a lady came from somewhere on the front end to help me. I explained there was no one in the service meat and seafood to wait on me. She walked back there with me, read a sign that I'd missed, and said they'll be back in half an hour. I left the store without buying anything. We used to shop in the Avon Kroger, but the product (fish) always seems to warm, and smells bad. Plainfield normally has better temperatures, and fresher product. Company seems to have decided customers can just wait. Watch their earnings tumble.

I was wondering if anyone else found small piece or pieces of plastic in the small premade Kroger brand salad bowls? A few days ago I was having dinner and has a small Kroger Chef salad and about half way through it I noticed something a little chewier, thought it old chewy lettuce and next thing I know I choking on something, I was able to caught it up and spit it out, thank God because I was alone. Anyway... I called Kroger customer service that night the person on the customer service line got a manager or something and got info. From packaging and the next day or day or two someone from Kroger claims call,it was hard to understand the voicemail... Something about nobody else had found or complained about plastic in the salad bowls... And I wanted find out for myself...! A guy call on Tuesday and left a message I call him back, he was from Taylor farms in Tennessee the grower and packaging company of the Kroger Salads... He did not remember calling.me and had a hard time finding info. About the claim... He then found my info. And said he like me to send the piece of plastic to him and any packaging that it was in. I told him I didn't think I could do that, because legal reasons or whatever... Plus.. he told me the same thing Kroger did that no one else had complained. Then he wanted pictures of the piece of plastic and the package to help find how this could happen. Anyway... Kroger customer beware... They advertise fresh produce and a good price. But the produce at Krogers in Mooresville Indiana its slim picking and looks old most of the time... I am careful about what I buy there. I end up going to Walmart for most of my produce and the price at Walmart is much better... The same small salad bowls not a Kroger brand but at Walmart small premade salad bowls are $0.40 cheaper each... And I but at least. 6 to 8 at a time... Saving $6.00 to $6.80 each time It ads up fast. Plus the produce lady at Kroger in Mooresville Indiana with short hair drives me crazy... Rude but SheIn your face acting like she trying to help and tries to be or act like she joking with you... I busy and do not like her jokes or whatever.

Although this grocery store is fairly close to our home, we seldom shop here unless my wife needs to pick up something from the pharmacy (which is closed on Sundays). This is an older store and you can tell by the large cracks in the floor and lack of brightness inside. It seems small when compared to the superstore groceries in the area. If you are familiar with this layout, I suppose you can get around quickly, but since it isn't our "go to" spot, we always struggle trying to find specific items that may not be listed on the aisle signs. I found cashews for my recipes in the snacks aisle and again in the produce section, but it was more luck than anything that led me to them. The parking for this place is always tight and even if you find a spot near the entrances, the lot has angled spaces so you have one way traffic but it seems tight and I don't like parking too close to the building because it can get crazy in the parking area. Before I moved to town, I was warned by a long time resident that this place is unusual and they had stopped shopping at this place because of the awkward parking and lack of items you can find at the much larger supermarkets in the area. Maybe you won't have any problems, but I will continue to use this as just a convenience shopping location if we have to pick something up in the area. Review #3866

The parking situation could be better (why are the parking spaces so tight?), but overall, this Kroger is OK. This Mooresville location is your typical Kroger, in that you will find the basic things that you're looking for. It is the kind of grocery store that is there for the things you need, not the things you want. It's a no-frills shopping experience, and there is nothing fancy about this place, but if you don't want the frills then you will be fine. But if you want a carton of cream with just one ingredient in it? Sorry, bougie -- you're going to have to visit another store. They have a lot of magazines here, though, so that's nice.

HORRIBLE clicklist experience tonight. Placed my order through the app earlier this morning for a 7pm pickup. Got a call at 6:30 and was told that my order wouldn't be ready til 7:30 and my $4.95 fee would be waived. Ok whatever. I show up at 7:30 and call in and tell them I'm there. While I'm waiting no less than 6 cars were loaded. Finally at 8pm I call a second time. Apparently whomever took my original call never told anyone that I was there....STILL after that second call, my groceries were not brought out until 8:21. They gave me a $10 credit, whoop-tee-doo, not worth it. This is NOT the first time I've had issues like this. Beware and be prepared for complete incompetence at Mooresville Kroger Clicklist.

Normally I'm always very satisfied with this store, but today when I got in line I was told by one of the employees that from now on they load all of your groceries for you into the belt, I said it's ok I'd rather do it myself, well he said it's his job, until they bring in more self checkout lanes!? If I wanted to do that I would go to Walmart and I cant stand Walmart. I shop here every week, it's the store i prefer, all of the employees are awesome and I know where everything is. Has anyone else had this experience?

My five year old son was pushing their kid carts today and since the grooves by the door are not made for the kids carts the cart flipped over and he went with it he has now bruises on his hip and both of his legs. I called to tell the manager and there wasn't even and I'm sorry in there. He is still complaining about his leg and if I have to take him to the doctor over this I'm not going to be happy.
