I walked in and asked the manager if he would honor a coupon on my phone for $5 off when you spend $30. Coupon was supposed to be printed. He said yes so we ordered food. Needless to say they did not honor it and then when I got home the food was just mediocre. They used to be my favorite restauran in town.

Not our first time, and always great food and service. We have been here when it’s completely empty and when they are packed, and the servers are always awesome and the food is quick, big portions, and tasty. Our go-to Mexican joint.

Food was uber cheaply made, no sour cream, guac or pico without paying for it. 1 questionable fish filet split between 3 tacos. Tasteless rice and no liquor license. DO NOT EAT HERE.

This place is a perfectly respectable local Mexican joint that I have enjoyed for a few years. However ,recently they have somehow lost their liquor license. If Margaritas are important to you, factor that in.

Our family walked in there last night. Worst experience ever...the waiter didn't come check on us, the food was cold and when we got someone's attention because we needed a extra plate it was a hassle for them. We felt like we were in their way. If you want to feel welcome go to another Mexican restaurant down the road. It makes me wonder why they lost their liquor license.....

My husband and I went in there yesterday there was not one person in there for an hour and a half and the gentleman took our order brought it back to us. The salsa was awful. We tried to tell them we wanted it more. They brought us hot sauce and the food was tasteless. We love this place but I don’t know what was going on with it yesterday on December 5, 2024.

We have been going to Los Patios in Mooresville for a long time and generally have had a good experience. This week was eye opening though. As we were checking out, my friend had a medical emergency - where they passed out and were unresponsive for a bit. We had one employee check immediately while we were still trying to figure out what happened and then left quickly. Before we had even gotten my friend off the floor, a different employee started harassing me for the payment on their bill (we paid separately and the rest of us had already paid). They were far more interested in getting paid for my friend's meal than my friend's wellbeing. We were there for probably 30 more minutes sitting at a table waiting on family members as my friend was still a little confused, but was not wanting to go to the hospital. And no, this was not due to drinking too much. We were not approached by staff at all after that initial check-in (and harassment for payment) while still somewhat unresponsive and on the floor. While medical emergencies don't happen frequently, I would not recommend having one at this restaurant.
