I walked in and asked the manager if he would honor a coupon on my phone for $5 off when you spend $30. Coupon was supposed to be printed. He said yes so we ordered food. Needless to say they did not honor it and then when I got home the food was just mediocre. They used to be my favorite restauran in town.

Not our first time, and always great food and service. We have been here when it’s completely empty and when they are packed, and the servers are always awesome and the food is quick, big portions, and tasty. Our go-to Mexican joint.

This place is a perfectly respectable local Mexican joint that I have enjoyed for a few years. However ,recently they have somehow lost their liquor license. If Margaritas are important to you, factor that in.

Our family walked in there last night. Worst experience ever...the waiter didn't come check on us, the food was cold and when we got someone's attention because we needed a extra plate it was a hassle for them. We felt like we were in their way. If you want to feel welcome go to another Mexican restaurant down the road. It makes me wonder why they lost their liquor license.....

My husband and I went in there yesterday there was not one person in there for an hour and a half and the gentleman took our order brought it back to us. The salsa was awful. We tried to tell them we wanted it more. They brought us hot sauce and the food was tasteless. We love this place but I don’t know what was going on with it yesterday on December 5, 2024.

We have been going to Los Patios in Mooresville for a long time and generally have had a good experience. This week was eye opening though. As we were checking out, my friend had a medical emergency - where they passed out and were unresponsive for a bit. We had one employee check immediately while we were still trying to figure out what happened and then left quickly. Before we had even gotten my friend off the floor, a different employee started harassing me for the payment on their bill (we paid separately and the rest of us had already paid). They were far more interested in getting paid for my friend's meal than my friend's wellbeing. We were there for probably 30 more minutes sitting at a table waiting on family members as my friend was still a little confused, but was not wanting to go to the hospital. And no, this was not due to drinking too much. We were not approached by staff at all after that initial check-in (and harassment for payment) while still somewhat unresponsive and on the floor. While medical emergencies don't happen frequently, I would not recommend having one at this restaurant.

I have been to this place at least 10 times and the experience has always been A+ but tonight we had 7 people in our group my waiter was rude and brought everybody’s food out separately instead of all at once like they always do and some peoples orders were messed up and some of the food was cold and then it was my daughters birthday and I asked them to sing happy birthday and smash whip cream in her face like they always do for birthdays and that did not happen this was the worst experience I have ever had I will be going to the Danville location from now on I have been to the Danville location at least 20 times and I have never had a bad experience and the staff is so professional.

My friends invited me to dinner this evening. It was my birthday and they wanted to do something nice for me. We have eaten here before and liked the food. When we had finished, the waiter brought out a sundae and put the stupid hat on my head and sang happy birthday to me. What happened next shocked us all. The waiter took the spoon from the sundae and scooped it full of chocolate sauce and smeared it on my nose and down my face! I was stunned. In what world is it ok to shove food in a customer’s face and laugh about it. I had to clean chocolate from my beard and my clothes. These people have no respect for others. I will never go there again. Someone should be fired for letting this behavior exist.

Lady at the front desk was very rude. laughed in our faces and gave us attitude when our takeout order was missing items, cheese sauce was spilled all over our food, and the food was cold as ice. had no sympathy at all for our situation and refused to remake our order. Good luck to anyone who has any issues with their food with this place. im a very understanding person, and have worked in the food industry before. but this was very poor customer service. Not to mention we spent about 65 dollars on the order. shame.
