Everytime I go something I ordered is missing. One time didn't realize it until I got half way across town. CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE the drive thru especially when the lobby is closed because sometimes it can take a while to get back through it.

I personally avoid McDonald’s like the plague. I’ve had some bad experiences, but this was a pleasant one for the first time in a long time. The food was hot. The fries were fresh. I asked the lady for a hot cup of water and she didn’t look at me like I was an alien. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you.

I hope they get the traffic problems at this place figured out soon. The drive thru can only accommodate 4 cars so that people going to the drive thru are blocking traffic from leaving. It's a mess especially during busy times.

Was parked after being in the drive-through walked in 10 minutes later to an empty restaurant and got a smart ass comment when they handed me the food. Ridiculous

Same ol McDonald's.... Except if I don't want a burger and fries, there is a Subway only 10 feet away and a Loves station within 15 feet, like a food court in a mall. Alas, precisely same quantity of vendors available at my mall. Three are better than two choices, maybe. Better than this or that, Coke or Pepsi, Ford or Chevy, BLUE OR RED....not bound to a menu from a choice of only two choices. I can choose from each and be closer to content.. Or at least i can get a full stomach.

Asked for extra onions on my steak bagel, I suppose the cook hates people and their job, Because when I got the sandwich, it had less that one onion, a fraction of an onion on the entire sandwich. Unless the person has trouble reading a ticket, and thought it said less onions, oh wait, there's not a button for that. Here's some advice for your employees, give people what they order, because we already pay a crazy amount for the food, have some pride in yourself and your job, dont take out your bad day on others. I WAS KIND and pleasant, even when I asked for more onions, and didn't even make you remake the sandwich. Don't be a victim in a job you chose,and dont take it out on customers throwing their hard earned money at your establishment. Have a great day.
