So i ordered the salted Carmel blondies and let's just say, caramel and butterscotch have a totally different flavor!! They tasted like butterscotch oatmeal cookies 🤢 i dont suggest getting them!

I placed an online order at 2:54 for pickup at 5. I showed up at 5 to pick up our meal and the guy working said that they were closed for the day and didn’t have our pizzas done. When I asked why no one called me to tell me before I wasted the gas (20 miles round trip) to pick up our dinner that wasn’t ready. He blamed another department and said someone else should’ve called and that isn’t at the store. Very unprofessional for mediocre pizza. We were using papa bucks or else we would’ve never gone there to begin with for supper. I can assure you, we will never be back to this location if we ever decide to go back to Papa John’s at all.

Super awesome late night staff, and super fast. Kind good looking employees only outdone by their patient phone team and managent who went OUT OF HER WAY to help me last minute before they closed. Technically she could have refused my order but they made it happen just in time also, Matt the delivery driver= really exceptional and understanding about an issue I had and again out of their way to see a pizza to me when they really didn't have to at all. They all deserve raises.

I love ordering Papa John’s delivery! It always arrives hot and earlier than expected. They forgot my extra dipping sauces a couple times but brought them out right away. I’ve always been pleased with the food. So good!!

The pizza has been consistently raw for months. They are too busy to fix their pizza oven. I will take the extra time and money and only order CJ’s pizza in plainfield. Their food always seems to be properly cooked and high quality. We won’t be ordering Papa Johns again.
