I used to love Papa Johns, but the sauce isn't what it used to be. It's not as good now as it once was. They really need to go back to the sauce that it used to be.

The pizza has been consistently raw for months. They are too busy to fix their pizza oven. I will take the extra time and money and only order CJ’s pizza in plainfield. Their food always seems to be properly cooked and high quality. We won’t be ordering Papa Johns again.

I ordered online. The delivery man was nice. The pizza was not that great. It was barely warm, for one thing. My husband said it was like eating crust only and he dipped it in the garlic sauce. To me it was like eating pineapple and tough crust. Very little maranera on it either. Disappointing, so I doubt we will order another pizza from them anytime soon. A lot of money for pizza and then when you get it, it's a big disappointment. Sad

Papa johns in mooresville is always my go-to and we have NEVER had any problems. Today, we ordered delivery. I tracked the order and it said my order was arriving.. when we went outside no one was there. It said delivered on the app after that. The driver didn't call or even knock. I was frustrated at that point. I called the store so we could figure out what happened. A guy answered the phone, and was basically brushing it off that we didn't get our order. I had to ask him to call the delivery driver. He hung up, and I still have yet to receive a call back or hear anything back. I'm out $30 dollars and I got hung up on and someone in my neighborhood got my dinner. Probably will not order from here anymore, as I feel disrespected. I did file a complaint, but it's probably as useless as the guy that hung up on me and didn't solve anything at all.
Well I enjoy the food papadias are my favorite from the menu, working there is also a good bonus with the discount. Anyone would be happy to get a job as an imstore there lots of nice people.
Vegetarian options: Can make pizzas or bowls nothing but vegetables and cheese if ya like.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust but only one size and that's small
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp before the door that is all
