The last two trips my orders have been missing food. One item ok maybe a mistake but multiple items both times not by accident. This isn’t a good way to run a business.

First time ever trying steak and shake and decided to get a chili cheese fries. The taste of the beef was metallic, the beans were pretry hard to chew or like stale taste like. The cheese was alright, nothing special or bad. The fries were interesting, some were soggy and others seems hard. Just like the beans.
The food was better than last time but this time they forgot one of the drinks I ordered!

One of the best cheese steak burgers I've ever had! Not greasy, hot, fresh meat cheese and toppings. The onion rings were hot and plump. Drive-thru service was quick and friendly. Good job Mooresville, IN Steak 'n Shake!
