3asy to access parking for a quick sub. The staf are friendly and dont squirt Mountains of dressing when you ask for a little bit.
Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Stopped in this morning to grab sandwiches. Jodi took great care of me as she always does when we have been. She is kind, cheerful and hard working! I love seeing happy people working! Customer service is huge and she excels!

By far the worst subway I have ever been to. I hate it when my boyfriend goes here to get our subs. Yes, it's conveniently right around the corner from our house but I would rather drive the extra length to go somewhere else than here. Not just one time but EVERY TIME we go here we get below the minimum amount they are supposed to be putting on the sandwich as if we are not paying for what we ordered. It's ridiculous. Once. Fine. Twice. Ok, whatever. But every single time. I hate going to this location.

i feel so bad i didn’t catch his name, but there was a boy working tonight with long, dark hair and he was so kind is doing a great job! my food took a second to come out and he was v apologetic for the wait and not only cashed me out via drive thru but also made my food. i wish i would’ve had cash to leave a tip but i hope he knows he did amazing! there were a few other people in the back but he was the only one i had spoken too but thank you!
I've been going to this subway for a while and at the beginning it was good, but it started going downhill as time went on. For a couple of months now they haven't fixed their ice or drink machine that the customers use. The only way to get ice has been from the back, plus the drinks aren't even carbonated or cold anymore. In fact the drinks were warm and flat, I even checked different Pepsi products and the time before that their coke products that they offer and each one was warm. So I told them that their machine wasn't working ,and the dude I talked to at the counter flat out said that i had ice in my drink so it shouldn't be warm. This tells me that they most likely have no idea how to fix the drink machine or how it even works. Before that they also laughed at me for stuttering one of my sentences, so not only were they rude but also a bit confused. There also the possibility that they didn't even care to be there so there's that.

I will not ever return. They never have broccoli soup. When you order they will give you potatoe soup instead and not let you know. The salads .. Well depends on who is there. I gave 3 chances because of being in the service industry for years. But this last visit my chicken in a protein bowl was not cooked all the way..SO DONE..

Drink ordered was a Celsius but they were out. Instead of letting us know ahead of time or refunding the drink, we were given a mtn dew.

I ordered two sandwiches for pickup through the app, with both sandwiches being exactly the same. I arrived five minutes after my pickup time and stood at the counter to ask about my order since they got rid of the shelf where online orders used to be stored.
The entire time I waited, one employee stood next to the register and stared me down but didn't approach me to help. Another was walking back and forth behind the counter but didn't acknowledge anyone waiting in line. Several minutes later, another employee on the line who had been making sandwiches finally greeted me and handed me my order from behind the counter. When I got the sandwiches home, neither had the correct toppings on them.
Long story short, take the extra couple minutes and go to Camby Subway instead. If you're going to pay $20+ for two sandwiches, go where they'll give you what you ordered.

The portions are absolutely ridiculous! The food has shrunk!! There isn't much to a burrito! Take 2 bites and you're finished! Always cold and the food has shrunk!

I stopped going to this location in February of 2023 due to consistent inaccuracy of orders, and the careless attitude of drive thru staff…I finally gave it a shot again now (April of 2025), and it’s plain to see that absolutely nothing has changed.
My wife went to pick up a couple sandwiches for dinner. Mine was the correct sandwich, but with incorrect toppings. Hers was not only the wrong sandwich, but altogether wrong toppings. She also waited 20 minutes for the food and was told “we’ll give you an extra cookie for your wait!”…and then proceeded to short her one cookie out of the 3 that she ordered.
I will not return to this location again unless it changes management. I’d rather drive the extra 5 minutes to Camby where at least my order will be correct.

Don't go here. I ordered a footlong BMT and all they put on it were the toppings. In order to fix it, they required I drive back about 15 miles and have a receipt that they did not give me. Obviously a way to save money and scam their customers. They were very rude. Told me it was my fault for not getting a receipt.
