Went thru drive thru fries were cold. Ok not a big deal told the girl thru the window they exchanged them. Not a big deal drove around the building checked them still cold. Went inside told them they were cold they said well we don't fry them to order. I get it's not gonna be super fresh but if I have to pay $4 for Fry's and that's the only thing I got I expect them to at least be warm. Just very rude today surprised because they are usually good at this one.

The only thing I hate about this location is the AI! The workers, especially on the night shift, are amazing and never disappoint. Quit trying to steal away their jobs! Also, don't be an idiot like I was and cuss at the AI bc they definitely can hear you on the headset, and they didn't deserve that period. My bad again, guys <3
Ordered take out yesterday and got home to find we had Mexican pizza’s with tortillas cooked in rancid oil. Inedible. They smelled so bad there is no way they don’t know it is bad. Come on.

I went through drive-thru, spent 40$ on my family for lunch. I asked the lady for extra mild sauce only to be told “sorry you can only have 12.” I just spent 40$ and have purchased more than 12 items and I only get 12 packets? I offered to pay for some extra packets and the lady said “no sorry we don’t do that.” I have never heard of this in my life. If you’re a sauce person, then you know you need more than 12 tiny packets. If you eat inside you get as much packets as you want, how does that make sense?? So, I pulled around front, walked in and took a huge handful myself. So jokes on you lady😂😂😂

I ordered then paid, and was asked to pull to the side. A tall skinny kid ran over to the police department, as I watched.... and told them i had an open container in my vehicle. It was diet coke. I got pulled over 2 mins later and the short officer lady told me that was why. I will NEVER go there again. As a matter fact I want to sell my house and get out of mooresville. This isn't natural.
