Walking in, the restaurant smells terrible, as if the exhaust fans were turned off. We placed our order. They placed our sandwiches, one by one and fries one by one on the tray on the counter, getting cold, while waiting on two children's cheeseburgers. 10 minutes later, we went up to check on our order and no one will look at you or acknowledge youwhen you're at the counter, The fries were super cold, sitting on the tray. We had to ask for fresh fries. When we sat down to eat, the sandwiches were cold as well. There was absolutely no order nor organization between employees ( as if they were working off beat or randomly). I used to work at one of the busiest Wendy's, in Indianapolis by the racetrack and this was embarrassing.

So I really want to avoid this sounding Sexist, but its likely the way they pair for training here. I go to this location probably once a week and every time and literally every time there is a Lady in the drive thru my order is wrong or messed up or somthing is left out. At first i thought it was confirmation bias, but after joking with a coworker I kept track as it was almost comical. In the last 5 months 22 of of 35 visits my order was wrong and 21 of those times it was a lady working that night. THE ONE time a guy got it wrong was him giving me an extra sandwich. Every other time a guy was there my order was perfect even a few times they ask me to double check to be sure. Even tonight i ordered ahead with the app assuming that 20 spicy nuggets and a chili was easy enough. However i got regular nuggets, no spoon, no crackers. Yet again a lady working the drive thru. I genuinly swear it is only an issue with this Wendy's but its happend to many times to be confirmation bias. Even considering that about 60% of the time a lady is working vs a Guy the proportions dont add up. After tonight im just going to sit and check everything everytime now even if it makes me late into work from my lunch break its gettings excessive at this point.

Absolutely terrible location. Waited in line, in the store, behind four other people, only be to told they didn't have any baked potatoes when they finally got to us. Not they weren't ready, but they didn't have any in the store. This isn't the first time. But the potatoes are the only things my kids can eat, and they love them. It wouldn't be hard to put a note on the door about it. If Taco Bell can figure it out, surely Wendy's can too. This store is incredibly slow, has been for years. I can only hope someone important, somewhere in the hierarchy of Wendy's, sees this and actually goes to look at how this store is run and managed. I can only hope they will be as disappointed as the average person that tries to go in there.

Terrible service! I'm the only person in line,they make wait to put my order in,at drive up, then pull up to wait on food and when they bring it out it's the most disgusting looking breakfast sandwich I've ever seen! Get your stuff together people!

It seems like the night shift gets slower and slower, I placed a mobile order while still 7 minutes away and still waited 15 minutes in DT, I was the 3rd car, and received barely any sauce on my saucy nugs, no dipping sauce for my regular nugs and a chicken sandwich that was still raw

I come here every month for personal reasons but I enjoy eating here. Food is always good and fresh never had a problem with them not being fresh. We spend about $30 every month we come here! Really good and respectful staff and very fast service highly recommend!

Parking: Parking is free and open most of the time I haven’t been there when they are super busy but for the most part I’ve seen that there are always available parking spots

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility in the front of the building it’s been there since they opened.
