Had to wait for my food. Over 15 minutes. Redicilous still wasn't correct and my burger was overcooked. Disappointed

I've only left like 3 Google reviews in my life. All for good reason, this one much like the others also has a good reason. Despite the limitations of it being fast food, the food was good.But more importantly, the service was unaquiable anywhere else, not only does this DQ serve breakfast which is something I cannot get in my hometown. They are only supposed to serve breakfast through to drive through. However, the manager allowed me and my friend into the dining room so that we can sit down and eat our breakfast. And I believe that service like this cannot be understated. In a world where everyone thinks of only themselves; to include corporate DQ; this manager was willing to bend the rules in order to provide good service and food.

I am not even from mt vernon and I got glared at by the whole staff. We were in the drive through this past Saturday and the girl basically threw the drink at me which spilled on me and my car then the whole crew including the manager wanted to give me dirty looks out the window. Won't be back there at all! Get it together

I absolutely recommend DQ in Mt. Vernon, IN. Food is always fresh & service is usually fast. Banana milkshakes are always delicious. Sometimes (often) drive thru employees are rude & act like we're putting them out by asking for napkins or condiments. Highly recommend as far as fast food in our town.
