Does not open until 10 AM . Not very good in my opinion. I like DQ over most (Fast food) restaurants. But this will make me stop going at anytime!🤔😕

Bunch of teen girls up front working too busy looking at boys coming in. Did not pay attention to what the order consisted. Ordered BBQ 4 piece chicken asked for gravy instead of ranch. Did not receive. The bbq was barely even covered on the meal. Also ordered 4 piece chicken basket as well. Both orders fries cold. Ordered two blizzards one small and medium. Medium was the new Carmel Java blizzard. Small was supposed to be a cookie dough was for sure butterfinger. Came out very runny. Would have reported to manager but did not see one to report. This is recurring thing. Will not be back anymore.

Always manage to screw up at least one thing every time we go. They’ve also never flipped a blizzard (usually bc the ice cream is too runny) in the 4 years we’ve lived here.

So this has been a recurring issue that seems to get worse each time we get blizzards here that we get soup. But tonight was very frustrating as I ended up with a bonus blizzard soup cup. I’m not trying to be harsh but my order wasn’t listened to, which led to my getting a third blizzard due to the remake all of which are having to sit in my freezer in order to harden up so that they can be eaten with a spoon instead of a straw. I have a mess in my car to clean up because I don’t have the hands to juggle bonus soup cups. This has been such an issue that we typically won’t bother with DQ anymore.

There is a girl working the drive-thru that pretty much throws your food at you. The first time, I thought she must be having a bad day, but she is always like that. If I were the manager, I would put a friendlier person on the drive-thru and put her in the kitchen. Obviously, she doesn't like people.

Asked for a sweet tea, they gave me a unsweet tea, and I asked for ranch to go with my food and only got gravy, when asked to switch out the sweet tea one of the workers started yelling in the back that I could hear clearly from the drive thru, will not be returning back to this dairy queen, how hard is to take a basic order.
