They messed up our order. Ordered the special and they didn’t give us part of it. Asked for extra sauces...they charged us but didn’t give it to us. They asked us if we would like them to send a driver with it but said it would “be awhile because they were busy” and that’s something you shouldn’t say to a customer whose order you just messed up. They weren’t very cooperative at all. Never apologized for messing up the order but instead blamed it on being busy.
Complete customer service fail!
Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery. While ordering the lady taking my order confirmed my address and a landmark by my house. Well over an hour later, we realize our pizzas haven’t been delivered. We call the store,they told my husband that they had been sitting here for carry out for over an hour. After my husband reminds them this was for delivery.
