Love that it's meat cooked in a sauce which is not always easy to find. I had shredded chicken platter with fried okra, very crispy and fresh, and the hashbrown casserole, also very good. I would do a double hashbrown side next time. Food portion is equal to price in my opinion. My meal was under $15 and I was full. Went with water. Not paying $3+ for drinks (wasn't posted on menu, I asked). Felt like I had a lovely meal at a reasonable price. Worth the drive from Evansville....
Stopped by this past Saturday for the first time in a while. There was a live singer on the patio and the mood out there was great. The food was your typical bbq, nothing incredibly special, but good nonetheless. The service, however, was great. Our waitress, Ava, was very witty and friendly. Full of personality, and provided great service. Short wait time too. Great to see the young generation out working and being personable. Will be back.
