My order is rarely correct, but it's FAST FOOD, Sometimes, running in to grab a coffee, takes longer than using the drive through. đâ€ïž Using the app does help with the price of your order!

We ordered a 2 cheeseburger meal and a quarter pounder meal it took 15 minutes and that's generous to get an ice cold meal that we had to pull around and wait for. It also was over $18 dollars. Im sorry,I never complain about restraunts but this was ridiculous. Im not sure who was in charge but a person's hard earned money should be disrespected and have to pay for inedible food.

Unbelievable! Ordered an ice caramel coffee at 9:59 in the drive up. 3 cars were in line before us. They all received their orders and at 10:16 I still did not have my order. I will not go to this McDonald's again. Service is horrible!!

I used the McDonaldâs mobile app to place my order 10 minutes before arriving to the restaurant. I declared my order ID at the drive-through and arrived at the pick up window. There was a car directly in front of me still waiting for their late order. Staff at the pick up window told me to pull forward and they would bring my order out. That was at 10:26 AM. I watched a McDonaldâs staff member bring two other orders out that arrived after me. Then a staff member tried to bring me an order that wasnât mine. I told her what I ordered, so she proceeded to bring out yet another persons order behind me. Finally at 10:39am I parked and went into the restaurant to pick up my order from the counter. Upon arriving at the inside counter, I looked and saw my order ready and getting cold on the counter near the kitchen. I got my order and returned to my vehicle. As I was leaving, I noticed that the car which was in front of me waiting when I arrived was still waiting when I left.This McDonaldâs restaurant, in my opinion, is the worst service restaurant in the entire worldwide McDonald's franchise. Steer clear of it if you can.

I stopped at McDonaldâs this morning and was really disappointed with my order. I found an eggshell in my food and even a small hair. I was in a rush, so I just had to take it back, but normally I would have asked to speak to a manager. Honestly, the cleanliness didnât seem up to standard, and I wouldnât recommend this location. Definitely needs to do better.

I have been waiting in line for 20 minutes, we ordered ahead and even then we have this long of a wait, the car behind us and the car behind it got their food already. We are still waiting.
