My order is rarely correct, but it's FAST FOOD, Sometimes, running in to grab a coffee, takes longer than using the drive through. 🍟❤️ Using the app does help with the price of your order!
I remember when a drive thru was; place order, pay for order, pick up order, AND leave.Now, especially at this McDonald's (Mt. Vernon, IN.), it's place order, pay for order, pick up drink, and pull forward and WAIT!It's supposed to be FAST food!By the time my food is hand delivered to my car after waiting 10 minutes or longer any hope for ANY of the food still being hot or even WARM is out of the question. Cold McDonald's fries absolutely suck!
My husband & I stopped there on the way to Evansville. He got cookies & I got a Diet Coke. The cookies were fresh & the Diet Coke was amazing. McDonalds are famous for their Diet Coke.? The dining room was clean. The workers were all friendly.
Parking: The parking lot is large enough but when you are ready to leave you have to back into the area where cars are lining up for the drive thru which is difficult to see if a large large vehicle is parked beside you.
