I worked here in 2024 and was in my opinion unfairly treated as a disabled minority i did not feel well accomodated for, upon informing human resources i was terminated immediately after the investigation one coworker falsely accusing me of harrasing her (abby)and according to monica the whole staff claiming i displayed aggressive body language described to me as standing up too straight, Pacing ,fidgeting, and retracting my scapula(I.e. puffing my chest, Mind you i have adhd and often fidget and pace as i have a hard time sitting still, i was also asked who i was planning to vote for by the gm very early on and made fun of for the way that i walked once by the same gm, who had also asked me if i wanted to go out with her(Marina),i was also interrogated by another manager at a later point her asking me if i liked to party, if i drank, if i smoked weed etc(abby), i witnessed one manager bring drugs into the building(Mallory), was offered drugs by another(Nick), and was asked for drugs by another(Abby), they are also not very clean i was told they were close to being shut down while i was there, Some of the managers dont follow dress code all the time (Mallory,Abby), and were not checked for it while i was there,While i as the only male christian team member of african/latino descent and was often threatened with reprimandation if i took my hat off or forgot a soda or even sent a text message by marina , i had to threaten a lawsuit to get access to hr from marina as well, any time i would attempt to argue my point the gm would tell me i was being argumentative and tell me i would be reprimanded

Hate calling in an order and getting a call center that is no where near us. I tried the app (normally it's fine) today and it didn't like my cards! Called in the order and got someone (not in our local store) and he barely understood English and it took 25 minutes to place an order!

I ordered a pizza and when the the driver showed up she stopped across the street. When I confronted her she said she made a delivery. She NEVER got out of her car. I called to complain and they won't answer any phone numbers I called. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PIZZA HUT. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! They didn't even get the order right.

Ordered a full melt with a side and a drink, only got half the melt. I also ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and they said my order was ready. When my husband got there to pick it up they told him they were out of stuffed crust. So he asked them to make a pan pizza instead( they made a thin crust)! Then they didn’t give my drink with my full melt meal so my husband had to drive back and get it. Idk what staff they have working there lately but they clearly don’t know how to do their job correctly! It’s a shame bc I love Pizza Hut usually.

When the app doesn’t let you order from this place saying it’s temporarily unavailable and you call in and the girl has you repeat yourself 1-3x after everything you say, then says the fryers are down, then puts you on hold for no reason, then wants you to repeat your order again, just hang up. The food wouldn’t be worth it anyway.
