I worked here in 2024 and was in my opinion unfairly treated as a disabled minority i did not feel well accomodated for, upon informing human resources i was terminated immediately after the investigation one coworker falsely accusing me of harrasing her (abby)and according to monica the whole staff claiming i displayed aggressive body language described to me as standing up too straight, Pacing ,fidgeting, and retracting my scapula(I.e. puffing my chest, Mind you i have adhd and often fidget and pace as i have a hard time sitting still, i was also asked who i was planning to vote for by the gm very early on and made fun of for the way that i walked once by the same gm, who had also asked me if i wanted to go out with her(Marina),i was also interrogated by another manager at a later point her asking me if i liked to party, if i drank, if i smoked weed etc(abby), i witnessed one manager bring drugs into the building(Mallory), was offered drugs by another(Nick), and was asked for drugs by another(Abby), they are also not very clean i was told they were close to being shut down while i was there, Some of the managers dont follow dress code all the time (Mallory,Abby), and were not checked for it while i was there,While i as the only male christian team member of african/latino descent and was often threatened with reprimandation if i took my hat off or forgot a soda or even sent a text message by marina , i had to threaten a lawsuit to get access to hr from marina as well, any time i would attempt to argue my point the gm would tell me i was being argumentative and tell me i would be reprimanded

Their GM Marina was very unprofessional and unfair, I was asked out on a date and, And asked who I voted for by her who shortly after broke up with her boyfriend and boasted that she would frequently "fuck with his head", (I.E conduct psychological abuse), I pulled away from her attempting to distance myself shortly after and She began to partake in what was in my opinion unfair treatment Refusing to hear my defense and explanation against an HR complaint Simply stating that I was being argumentative and would be reprimanded if I did not Stop, She as well Refused to allow me to use headphones, I informed Marina of my disability in my interview as well , I was told I would be accommodated for by her directly, to put things into context headphones are a form of accommodation for my disability which Marina claimed to have as well, I was Actively prevented from contacting human resources department being told no twice by Marina when I asked for their email after she had made me feel I was being treated unfairly against The information was not posted in the office either to my knowledge
.I was regularly touched by female coworkers who had invaded my personal space.
.The whole team was a clique to my knowledge, I was not a part of it, and I was the only African American in the shop.
.I dealt with months of what was in my opinion misconduct and once it became too much I reported Abby, Zakk, Marina, Mallory, and Nick for, between all of them Unfair treatment, Racism, Defamation, Drug Use, and conspiracy, 6 days later, I was made aware of Multiple false allegations Which Prompted no further investigation I was fired for said allegations as well as Pacing, fidgeting, and standing up too straight described as as aggressive body language as stated before, Mind you company policy requires 3 write ups before termination, I had none prior to my knowledge, and once again was the ONLY BLACK MAN in the building.
