Staff is always busy. I've never had a bad item on a sandwich. They are always available for catering and meal platters. I'd say someone is running a tight ship around there.

The bread never tastes fresh. I got one of the new churros and it was stale. I’ve ordered online and did pick up several times and they never have my order ready. They actually don’t start making it until I get there and sometimes I’ve had to wait in line anyways with an online order 30 to 45 mins before I arrived. I haven’t had a good experience at this subway in years. And every single employee I’ve seen in this subway I’ve also seen in the paper for a drug bust.
Parking: There are a few spots in front of the store where you have to reverse into a very busy street and the parking behind the building you have to walk past the car wash and the dumpsters to get to the building.

Subway In Mount Vernon IN it ridiculous. They need to hire people that are actually going to work! I ordered on the app it says be ready by 4:35, the woman behind the counter says oh well. I'll get started on it now if that helps any! I didn't receive my food till 5:00!!! 9 out of 10 times. When they say they're open online, their store is not open and there is a piece of paper saying closed early! I'm about to quit going there!!!! RUDE AND LAZY PEOPLE WORKING THERE
