Around 5:50pm 08/16/25 Worst drive through experience he was worried about drive time i assume and employee mumbled instructions and gave attitude when wasnt followed.He was strange and seemed disturbed.Order wasnt correct either.

Pulled in and parked to walk in and place an order, only to be met with the doors being locked. It was 9:00 in the morning and they were open as people were leaving the drive thru when I showed up. This has happened on more than just this one occasion among many other issues with this place. Only one person seemed to be working inside as only one vehicle was parked outside. What a joke.

Stay away from this location. The bottom of the bag fell out from being grease soaked. Most soft drinks are always out, don't ever think they will come out and fill them they won't. Will never under circumstance go here again. Totally pathetic.

I walked in to be told that I have to place my order on a kiosk. That should be an option, not a requirement. I don’t work at Taco Bell. Then, they have 3 teenagers working the dinner rush while the manager on duty sat in the office, the place was trashed. Here’s the zinger… cost me FOURTY-EIGHT DOLLARS for my husband and I to eat. $48 and I have to figure out how to work the kiosk so Taco Bell can save money by only having 3 people work a dinner rush???? Never again. 👎👎👎

Every time I have eaten anything from here, {this was the third and last time} I have explosive a z z juice diarrhea oh yeah. there's some bad things going on here...

I want to start off by saying our food was free. And I shouldn't complain about free food, so I'm not but what I do want to complain about is having to use the kiosk all the time to order just so taco bell can save labor on having someone to take orders... the reason our food was free was the kiosk was out of order, both of them. They told us we could order and pay with cash. And it took them ringing up our order 3 times. (No idea why) we had cash to pay and really wasn't worried about the change. But was told it's being comped because no cash drawer. Also only saw 2 people working and no manager around. As they also made reference to needing to call someone to see what to do. I have no idea how they was doing drive thru orders still but they were... 🤔 they also locked the doors before we left turning away business.... this place has turned into the dollar general of taco bell !!

Rude people, terribly slow service, and tacos/burritos have like 20% less filling than every other taco bell you go to.

I went 12/21/24 I got all mostly soft shell tacos, they were built horrible none of the food was in the shell! Seemed under staffed we got held up for just 2 cars waited 15 mins for the tacos! The guy working the window seemed to be on something and creepy!

When dining in you get no help. None. If the order is correct, it’s a miracle. Ordering off the kiosk is awful. I shouldn’t have to learn how to take my own order. If I’m going to do the work, my food should be out in a timely manner. It never is. I could be the only one in the dining room and there’s still a wait. Oh and there are never utensils.
