Taco bell in mt vernon indiana is one of the worst fast food experiences I've had. If you can avoid going here do so the staff are all rude they don't care how long u wait they don't say hello or anything at all. Yoy get your food it's cold and wrong I've been here 3 times and every experience I've had was awful. Mt food was entirely wrong got thing I didn't order and the things I did order wernt there. This place is a joke with people who are also a joke I respect most fast food people but these one are ridiculous if your giving me the wrong food entirely atleast make it warm. do not go here if your wanting any semblance of good food or a nice environment.

Employees arguing with one another. Chubby blonde with a loud mouth and bad attitude. Was there for 50 minutes. Never got my food. Lost my whole lunch break to stand in there and listen to loudmouth act like she knew what was going on. Don't bother stopping here. It's not worth the headache.

I will not be returning to this taco bell. I shouldn't have to place my own order own order kiosk that is nasty dirty the whole restaurant was FILTHY NASTY DIRTY. This restaurant and employees are lazy and filthy.

We were the only ones in the restaurant and were told we still had to use the kiosk. Ordered fries with 2 of the meals we purchased and didn't have them in our bag. My husband went to the counter to ask about them. He was told they were put in the tacos and the quesidilla we ordered. WHAT? Who would order it like that? He tried to talk to the girl at the counter about it and she had the nerve to turn and walk away from him. Needless to say, but I will anyway, we won't be back. Our entire order cost over $30 at Taco Bell! Then, to have poor service as well fries in our tacos....UNACCEPTABLE! Don't waste a trip!

Horrible service. The old woman in the window was abrasive and my order wasn't even right. They were missing items and on the items they did give me weren't made correctly. When I went back to get my order remade, she was rude and just took my receipt. The only nice was there was the boy on line. He was very polite even if the food was made wrong. Food took over 6 minutes to get made. Just go to Evansville if you want taco bell.
Traveling thru the area went in and thought I would dine in at 2:40. I stood at the counter for about 3 minutes 4 girls working. No one in line but me no one in drive thru... they stood there looking at me why gossiping... finally one girl walks to.the office and shouts from the back how can I help you.... was not in a friendly tone.... I will be coming back thru several times in the next two weeks. Never will stop here..... wow. Where has the customer service gone!!!!!
