Had dinner there last night, we sat out on the patio because it was so nice outside. The waitress took our order and brought our drinks out, then the food came, that was the last time she came to our tableuntil the bill needed to be paid. My food was cold as ice, the chips were burnt, no salt, I had to take it back in to let them know. Hubby's food was mediocre at best & the side of baked beans was laughable for $4 you'd think you'd get more than 2 tablespoons. Nasty won't be back. Save yourself the trouble and go to McDonald's because that's the equivalent to this place.

Went there today for lunch (5-9) for the 1st time. Place was really crowded although it was the noon hour...food was good, service was good, only thing it was extremely loud. Couldn't hardly talk across the table. Just asking, why do people think they have to talk so loud. There was 1 table that they were actually hollering across the table! Ridiculous!

Was on lunch with buddies on a Friday afternoon took almost two hours to get food. Food was ok not worth the wait wondering if they need help in the kitchen. Some waiters were more attentive to their tables some were not as concerned like ours! Had to ask another waiter for refills and extra silverware. Was sitting next to a wall window smelled like mold dirty place definitely need Deep cleaning inside.

Our family enjoys meals at Zaps on a regular basis. The salads are huge and very balanced with meats and vegetables. Every item, we have ordered the meals have been perfect. Additionally, we have ordered the chicken wings several times and will return.

I have eaten at Zaps several times and enjoy the variety of offerings. I met with a friend to catch up last night and had excellent service and enjoyed the grilled chicken salad,which was quite large for the half serving. Great atmosphere and friendly customers

I had grilled chicken and my husband has the cheeseburger. Catfish bites as an appetizer. All of it was delicious and will definitely go again.
Paid 22 for 8 boneless wings. The wings were 12.49 and to add sauce was a 1 dollar a wing. Who does that? Will never order from here again! It doesn't even say it costs extra for wing sauce on the menu. This place is a scam for money.

Zaps was awesome. This super cool establishment is like a hidden secret with its location. But i promise you if you make the trip you will be a return customer. Very friendly excellent food and service. I give this place 5 stars all the across the board. Make the trip treat your self.
