Excellent onion rings! The sides and homemade pie were good, but the fish was so over fried much of the meat was melted into the breading. We should have requested a less done replacement. It is a much loved place for local traffic.
I think this is my favorite find. Amazing food and so many options. You will not find better food in the whole Lafayette area period. That being said. Please change your macaroni. It's like rewarmed up/with milk added Great Value brand macaroni. You should just buy cheap large macaroni noodles and Velveeta or cheap substitute. It was 5,000 degrees and old tasting. A bit disappointed. We have eaten here in the past and enjoyed their breaded tenderloin. We are up from Florida and stopped again. This time the breaded loin was so thin that it reminded me of a days gone by Happy Buger fritter from Logansport. If you look back at othe pictures on here there is a big difference. It had good flavor but just not what they used to be.
