5days ago we had to walk out…waited felt like 30 min before someone said I’ll be right with you .. so imagine ordering and your food result.. we didn’t just left unsure if understaffed or what 🤷🏾♂️

The past few times I've been here, I've had the same waiter. I believe her name was kyiah.. or close to it. She was good but she could be great if she wasnt so hustled around. She's always on the move. I'm talking about she dropping the plate on the table and her feet never stops moving to insure the order is correct. You gotta wait 15min for her to double back around just to say im missing something. Because it seems like this location is short staffed, customers don't get the customer service they are expecting. Hints the shittty reviews. It's not terrible and you can clearly see why it's not grade A customer service. She had a positive attitude and everything she just seems tired and stretched thin. The food was ok per usual. Nothing amazing but nothing nasty.

This was legitimately the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. Where do I begin…? We waited almost 10 minutes for our server to make a first appearance, we waited 32 minutes for our appetizer to come and none of our food was brought by our server, no attention to detail, server disappeared after taking our order and was not to be seen again until we had to ask for the check, we got no refills, the food was so bad that both me and my husband got nauseous and sick, the only thing that was halfway decent was the mozzarella sticks. Some of the most bland food we’ve ever tasted. Also, it was old, soggy, freezer burned…I could literally go on. The atmosphere was trashy club vibes from the 90’s. I recently read the Applebees is one of the most popular casual dining restaurants in America (voted #1), I truly believe those people should be drug tested as soon as humanly possible.

The host always makes everyone wait while he cleans the tables, why doesn’t he take care of that when they slow down! You people are going to lose business! Even if the restaurant is mostly empty, I don’t know why it takes so long to have customer seated. I’m sure you’re having problems with employees not coming to work. Everybody’s having those problems but the hose should be able to sit you and do the work when there’s time to do it when there’s nothing going on and this is also the second time I’ve bought a oriental chicken salad that was horrible! I’m aware everyone’s having problems concerning restaurants and I understand the reasonable but are they reasonable enough for me to come back? I don’t know at this time probably not till next year. I’m kind of done with them.

The server was good but the fries 🍟 was milk warm rather cold. Ask for fresh fries and they double fried some old fries inwhich was harder than kettle chips. The manager gave me $10.00 off yet I took that and tipped the server. The bathroom need attention bad. The company called me for my feed back. And didn't even offer me a gift card. At least White Castle sent me one. Customer service need to be look at.

My Husband and I were truly blessed tonight💜Our Apetizers and Bourbon Steak were delicious! I really admired how our Host, Keys and the other Hosts and Waitresses were working together!
