Ordered an Italian beef they charge extra for everything, I paid way too much for them not to even include anything they charged me for. Was charged for sweet peppers hot peppers and mozzarella and none of that was on my food. I don’t have time to be driving back every time they mess up. This is the last time I go here.

This place is a joke! super slow service it’s like they’re stuck back in the 50s or whenever this place supposedly opened. You gotta know when to just give up sometimes. $6 for a hotdog with cold soggy fries. This will be the last time I eat here save your money. Go to Portillo’s at least it’s fresh.

I've made many visits to this place usually for hot dogs which are really good. However on 9/14 I went for something different, a roast beef an Italian sausage combo. Even though the sandwich tasted good there was very little Italian beef, coupled with a larger bun,
My first time and my last time here. I bought the Italian beet with fries and pop paid $15 and some change. This beef was so salty I could not eat it! I thought maybe it was just that bite but every bite I tried it was still salty! I am very disappointed I never had a beef that was this salty. So disappointed

Showed up at 745pm and the doors are locked. The hours listed say 9pm but the employees wouldn’t let us in, Cause they cleaned the lobby and didn’t want 4 adults to make a mess. Then the girl working the counter said just go through the drive thru make a mess in your own car. This is not how I remember Arnies, guess it’s time to support any other place.
