My friend recommended this place. She stated they have specials throughout the week/month that may not be on the menu later. It was kind of hard to find because they are in back of another business. So you have to drive around into the lot. It's a Take out or sit down restaurant. I went during lunch and they seem to get busy during that time. There's about 7 tables for shared sitting and some tall table sitting. You walk in and order your food to go or there. They so sell beer for those that are interested. I had the double smash burger. It came with cheese, onions, and their special sauce. You can order a drink and side for an upcharge. The flavor of the burger was definitely there but the only reason I gave a 3 is because there was so much grease at the bottom of my burger it soaked the bun to the point it was falling apart and leaking grease. I couldn't even finish the burger. I did see a lot people order the brisket and smoked wings so next time I will have that.

BBQ is always great. Unfortunately they switched to frying items (fries, chicken, etc) in beef tallow, and I hate the taste of things fried in pure tallow.

Always amazing! Great food. Great customer service. Love the rotating lunch specials with a wide variety of sides that you won't find many other restaurants. Love the Brussel Sprouts side! All the main course BBQ choices are always excellent. Every employee has been welcoming as well. Only minor suggestion is to add some sound dampening. All the hard surfaces reflect sounds and can make it hard to hear conversations in larger groups.

I posted a review a few weeks ago, and since then, I have been contacted by management to address my negative review (below). They apologized for my experience, which did not meet my satisfaction, and offered to make things better. They did! They proved to me that Bombers continues to make a quality product that delivers good service as well. Thank you, Bombers, you have restored my trust!
THIS POST WAS WHAT I THOUGHT, THEN THE ABOVE TOOK PLACE. I thought very highly of Bombers over all the nearby BBQ places. However, I was extremely disappointed by an order yesterday that changed my forever outlook on food quality! The full slab of ribs was overcooked to the point of being totally inedible. The darkness wasn't the sauce; it was the meat. So overdone that the bones became infused into the meat, and you'd choke. There was maybe a tablespoon of meat for a full slab. I'm sorry for Bomber's reputation fundamentally. Cooking like this just takes away their awesomeness. I need to add how disappointing the turkey meat was, too! How sorry I was as I tried to surprise my husband with a fun meal, and even though he was a good sport, it was disheartening.

Brisket and Ribs are great. But, the Burnt Ends DO NOT HAVE A RIVAL! The absolute best and most tender we have had anywhere in the country. Don’t change a thing!
