It took 30 minutes for this restaurant to make two Whoppers. I waited inside and when I was given my order it didn't include an apology or a reason for why it took 30 minutes. Instead I was given attitude by the expeditor Lilyana and immediate hostility when I asked about the long wait. I walked out never getting an answer as to why it took so long. There was no line in the drive -thru and there was no one inside ordering the entire time. On top of all of this the food was completely cold.

I ordered the mozzarella sticks and when I returned home they were chicken sticks instead. I tried calling numerous times to inform management, but no response.

They constantly forget items on my order, when I contact burger king they do nothing but give me a coupon I can't use (I only go for breakfast and I always get the breakfast deal, which can't be combined with the coupon they give me for forgetting my items, making me pay MORE for the same items) honestly only leaving this review because BK corporate is trash, and money hungry.

Two orders last few days, total 4 burgers, ordered online twice ask for cheese and they are 0 for 4! Took the money for them but no cheese! When ask they said they don’t put cheese on them, very very very weird lady doesn’t know what they sell! Then I ordered a big bag of ice and same goofy lady took my money, put it in cash drawer and literally disappeared! Seen in the very back of restaurant just standing there talking to a man! Few minutes later I realized she went clueless I ask young man please get me a big bag of ice I need go to work! Unbelievable literally unbelievable! Got a hold of corporate they offered me 5.00 coupon for this, unbelievable! 4 slices of cheese 4.00 plus tax????? Corporate just as goofy as these people in munster! No wonder so many very bad reviews here!!!

Ordered two burgers and small fries. When I paid and arrived to the window I was told to pull forward and wait for my order. When I asked for sauce she sighed as if annoyed by me. Then when they brought my food she didn’t bring the sauce so I asked about it. She sighed again. I don’t know what kind of customer service this is, but it sure does make their location look bad. Never coming back.
