We came in this evening and sat at the bar. The bar staff was incredibly friendly and engaging. We shared the calamari, which was delicious, and each had our own salad, and shared an entrée of rotini sardi. Great ambience with the paintings and other decorations.

We arrived around 7pm on a Saturday night. Without reservation, we got a table for 3 at the bar area right a way. If not, we would have to wait 10 minutes to dine in the main dining area. The place is so cute. I ordered a Linguine Pescatora with garlic and olive oil. I prefer more garlic and less oil in my dish. The scallops were quite small. Our server was wonderful. Overall we enjoyed our meal and would like to go back.

This restaurant was recommended to me by a co-worker to try out for my birthday. she told me her and her husband enjoyed the place, the food, the service, and the atmosphere. My friend and I did go the day before my birthday, which was saturday, March 2nd, and we really enjoyed the food a lot. We both had salmon, mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetables. The salmon was perfect. It wasn't overcooked or under cooked it was just right. Usually, when I have salmon somewhere else, it's dry or not cooked, right. The meal itself was fresh and delicious. The flavor was just right. We really enjoyed it. The service was great, and the atmosphere was wonderful. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience. We will be coming back soon.

Went here yesterday for my birthday. I described specifically what I wanted and the server brought me something totally different and tried to make me pay for something I didn't want. We asked for the manager and he quickly stated 'I am the manager.' A pure lie! The food wasn't great (soupy Alfredo sauce), chicken alfredo tasted like tuna casserole, and it seemed they wanted us gone asap (they kept clearing the table of small things while we were sitting there talking). The drinks are over priced: $3 for a can of pop, $6 for 6 oz of wine, $14 for the Sangria. Not too mention that we received brown paper to-go boxes with no liners. When we asked about the plastic boxes we were told we can have them for a charge. My 1st experience was EXCELLENT, but this was truly unacceptable. So disappointed. I won't be back.

One of our "go to" restaurants. We love the ambiance of an authentic Italian restaurant. The menu has so many great choices that include a lamb shank that is to die for. The flatbread is also great!!!

We have never been disappointed with the food at Cafe Borgia. Their prices are about the same as other higher end restaurants in the area. The staff is always so friendly and personable. Carry out is amazing and the food tastes the same as dining in. I have been going to Cafe Borgia since their Lansing days and still miss the quaintness of that building, but the new building is beautiful. I like the bar area, because it is more quiet than the restaurant section. Love Allison and DJ they make having lunch there enjoyable!

The food is always phenomenal!!! My service is usually the same. However, this last visit, my waitress was not attentive. She was talking to regulars that come in often. I understand that at some point, you always want to acknowledge regulars. Make sure you're guest are ok, then finish your conversation. I'm a big tipper. I've worked in the casino industry for 18 years. So she was going to get a tip even for bad service ?. She didn't know that but I did. To put the icing on her HORRIBLE!!!! service, she tried to tip hustle me. I always leave cash because when I leave it on the card, the waiter or waitress has to pay taxes, and I don't want that. I signed my slip because I charged the food on my card. I put a big zero with a line on the tip part because I leave cash. She comes up to me once my husband goes to the bathroom and says, "Did you give me the correct receipt because it says zero in the tip?" and I thought that this was your copy. At the bottom of the receipt, i gave her CLEARY, which says merchant copy. I looked at her and said, "What does the bottom say it CLEARY say merchant, you definitely got the correct copy. This was my 4th time at Cafe Boujia. I've always had a wonderful time, great food and service. I just didn't like the way she tried to play me. I don't want anyone else to feel like I did or go through this. If the company sees this, you should professionally train your staff because this is a BEAUTIFUL upscale restaurant, and I'm sure you don't want this type of reputation.

Excellent, delicious and consistently well-made Italian cuisine. Best of this type of food in NWI, the chain "Italian" restaurants can't compare. Great service, too. So glad to see this family-owned business has continued to grow and thrive since the mid-1980's!

The food here is very good. The dining room is big and open. Some would say it is too noisy. The servers seem to know the menu very well. We were there one time for a funeral luncheon and the food and choices were very good.
