My husband was just there trying to order some dinner to bring home. Employee wasn’t done with the person in front of him and when she ask him what he wanted he told her to finish with the lady’s order first and the employee started yelling and causing him out. She went crazy the manager had to pull her aside.

Last 2 times the restaurant was filthy. It wasnt even busy. Almost every table was dirty with food scraps. Garbages were completely overflowing. Plastic fork area filthy. Seemed like a bunch of unaware naive kids working there. Better get step it up. People see things.

The food is the standard chipotle. Nothing to be disappointed, and definitely hits the spot every time. What I found odd, was the lack of customer service. Now granted, I understand rude customers. But what I don’t understand is a teenager, kindly asking add a drink on to her order (she was mid paying) and the attitude and rudeness given to her, by the female employee at the register. She refused to even say another word to her. Didn’t say have a nice day, even after the girl was apologizing profusely for the inconvenience, which shouldn’t have been an inconvenience, as you are at the register and that’s the only place to acquire a drink. Mind you, this wasn’t my interaction, but the customer in front of me. From one service worker to another, try to be kinder, especially when that kindness is being given back to you.

I ordered on DoorDash and they gave me a table spoon of chicken. The whole bowl was just rice with vegetables with barely any meat which is upsetting. Then I went in the person today and I asked for a bowl half chicken half steak. I see how they’re making it and it’s barely any meat on the spoon in which they serve, I didn’t say double meat bc why in the hell would I pay double when they supposed to GIVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF MEAT to eat with all the rice. I came home and ate and there was a bunch of rice left. It’s looks like to me that they fill it up with a lot of rice to make it seem it’s full of meat. Like are ya’ll out of ya’ll rabbit ass minds? N I heard they get mad at the workers if they put too much like??? you can’t give a good regular amount being a company that makes a lot of money?

This is the second time I’ve been here, and everyone is so rude. This time who ever was on the tortilla station, I guess couldn’t here my kid sister over the music they blast, and wanted to raise his voice at her. And the only reason this review made it on here was because while she went to the bathroom, I cleaned where we ate, and waited, and had the urge to come all the way from the back, and asked me, “Do you need anything?” Hellooo???? Did we not just order food and eat? Love it.
The staff shouldn't openly disrespect you. There was one staff member who was nice, which is the only reason I'm giving this a 2. Taking it back to 1. Every taco was cold. Not even room temperature.

I used to love eating chipotle until 2 day's ago as I was eating I felt something sticking to the root of my mouth alongside the food in there. I pulled it out it was something plastic in my food God forbid if I choked on it chipotle do better please

This chipotle is beyond terrible with a lack luster staff . That makes you seem as if you are not a valued customer. Not only do they get your orders incorrect. They also give you attitude for trying decide what you want. They also don’t know the difference between food that’s hot and not hot . Guacamole was old . Everything was spicy and cold to the touch .Their staff seem’s very remedial. Also the music is so loud that you can’t even hear the cashier speak. This has to be the worst chipotle in the state of Indiana. I am very disgusted with my service. They are highly overpriced. Will not recommend this dump of a restaurant especially with so many other great options. It’s my money not yours it’s already processed garbage so stop acting like your fogodechoa..

Yesterday I visited at 7pm. They had no steak or barbacoa. Also didn’t have peppers or onions. Lots of workers but no one was cooking anything. The rice had no cilantro or lime. I’ve been there many times and I’ve never been so disappointed.
