This is not my first time coming here and the fact I placed an online order to not have everything in my bag nor all my food is insane nothing I asked for was in neither bowl I didn’t ask for fajita veggies I didnt ask for regular steak and I paid for carne asada nor was the blanco cheese or guacamole I paid for even the chips was half full listen I’m a fair person but to pay almost $50 for food to not be ready or correct and it’s a online order Is not cool

We just went here 01/6/2026 and can’t believe the service I wish I can put 0 stars the girl that was first starting our order accidentally put fajitas peppers on my wife’s order told her we didn’t ask for that she actually took them off with her hands then had an attitude about it we will be calling tomorrow for the manager and also corporate

This location couldn't even fulfill my Uber Eats order. Then when I tried to call and figure out why not, I couldn't even speak with a live person for an explanation. You have horrendous customer service. Not that it will bother you anyways.

My husband was just there trying to order some dinner to bring home. Employee wasn’t done with the person in front of him and when she ask him what he wanted he told her to finish with the lady’s order first and the employee started yelling and causing him out. She went crazy the manager had to pull her aside.

Last 2 times the restaurant was filthy. It wasnt even busy. Almost every table was dirty with food scraps. Garbages were completely overflowing. Plastic fork area filthy. Seemed like a bunch of unaware naive kids working there. Better get step it up. People see things.

The food is the standard chipotle. Nothing to be disappointed, and definitely hits the spot every time. What I found odd, was the lack of customer service. Now granted, I understand rude customers. But what I don’t understand is a teenager, kindly asking add a drink on to her order (she was mid paying) and the attitude and rudeness given to her, by the female employee at the register. She refused to even say another word to her. Didn’t say have a nice day, even after the girl was apologizing profusely for the inconvenience, which shouldn’t have been an inconvenience, as you are at the register and that’s the only place to acquire a drink. Mind you, this wasn’t my interaction, but the customer in front of me. From one service worker to another, try to be kinder, especially when that kindness is being given back to you.

I ordered on DoorDash and they gave me a table spoon of chicken. The whole bowl was just rice with vegetables with barely any meat which is upsetting. Then I went in the person today and I asked for a bowl half chicken half steak. I see how they’re making it and it’s barely any meat on the spoon in which they serve, I didn’t say double meat bc why in the hell would I pay double when they supposed to GIVE THE CORRECT AMOUNT OF MEAT to eat with all the rice. I came home and ate and there was a bunch of rice left. It’s looks like to me that they fill it up with a lot of rice to make it seem it’s full of meat. Like are ya’ll out of ya’ll rabbit ass minds? N I heard they get mad at the workers if they put too much like??? you can’t give a good regular amount being a company that makes a lot of money?

This is the second time I’ve been here, and everyone is so rude. This time who ever was on the tortilla station, I guess couldn’t here my kid sister over the music they blast, and wanted to raise his voice at her. And the only reason this review made it on here was because while she went to the bathroom, I cleaned where we ate, and waited, and had the urge to come all the way from the back, and asked me, “Do you need anything?” Hellooo???? Did we not just order food and eat? Love it.
