I like new places but don't lie to your customers and serve them what ever you seem fit, when we work hard to find good food. Triple delight comes woth chicken shrimp and beef or some places all sea food items I got 1 shrimp !! Lots of chicken ..And salty but I was supposed to be satisfied with it huh after paying 40 bucks for food ..enjoy what your doing serve quality food don't give us the what ever order ...then you get upset if we take it back ..

First time at this place. Been trying a few places since Peapod closed. The have a huge menu and the food was okay. The issue I had is that I ordered the egg rolls and paid the upgrade for shrimp my all four of my egg rolls were veggie. So I paid an upgrade charge and didn’t get what I paid for. The female host needs to understand that if you have a customer in front of you ordering , you don’t pick up a phone and take an order in the middle of a transaction. It’s rude and unprofessional. She also ignored that I asked for a receipt while she finished the order over the phone. So let’s sum it up, first time there; paid for upgrades and didn’t receive the correct order; rude lady who took another order before mine was done and process; ignored my request for a receipt. She told me twice the order would be about 15 minutes as if I was bothering her to wait in lobby. Will never go back. If they mess up your order and you paid for a upgrade and not received it on your very first time ordering then they don’t get a second chance to steal from me again.

If I could give this place no stars I would! The absolute WORST Chinese food I have had in a long time ! Please PLEASE J's Peapod open soon again ! Because there will not be any more trying anything again from anywhere!! The egg rolls are dry and no flavor...lack of rice ...not even a decent portion ...the Mongolian Beef was missing peppers and mushrooms and other various vegetables that a normal MB has in it ...the only thing that was possibly edible was the Orange Chicken! Most disgusting Chinese food sooooo disappointed!!

this was my first time there while I was waiting for my food i met a customer who came for the same reason i did- J PeaPods closing. unfortunately i will not be back.Parking: Google maps directions were a bit hard to navigate if you don't know the area. parking lot was tight and is located in small mall area.

Mongolian Beef was amazing. Orange chicken and general Tso and bourbon chicken were all really good! The rice is OK. I wish it was more flavorful it was a bit dry also.
I always order to go, pick up or delivery. Food is usually good, but last order failed miserably. Ordered for pick up maybe 30 minutes before closing. The orange chicken they provided was dry and most likely microwaved. The other orders were ok, but we're not as good either. I get it, people go because their popular and competition for them is minimal, but I'll be ordering elsewhere moving forward.

Me, my brother Daniel, and fiance loved coming here but the food has gone downhill. Maybe within the last 3 years or so and the last two or three times we went, my food was oversalted or not cooked fully. I don't know if they changed chefs or what but it's not the same. It's unfortunate because we were loved coming here. The staff was always been friendly and fast.
