Harry made my coffee so good I am now converted to dunking and im normally a Starbucks girl! The staff where super friendly and super fast on my way to work! They did an amazing job I definitely will be back again tomorrow!

This place has gone down significantly. I've been coming to this dunkin for years. And today is the final straw. All I wanted was a bagel with egg, cheese, and extra bacon. It was super early and that's all I wanted. He said I'll give u another for 2 dollar extra. I had 11 dollars and the day prior I got it for 6 something. I gave him a 10 dollar bill for a bagel egg and cheese with extra bacon. And he's like I need more money. I said just give me the the one with extra bacon!! But 10 dollars!! No receipt or extra bacon. I ask for a refund and he tells me never comeback. This place is so trash now. I don't care!! 10 dollars for a bagel egg,cheese, and extra bacon is absurd even in this economy. They think you're stupid!! I got my money back and u have two sandwiches that went into the trash. Find something safe to do!!!

I ordered a Sabrina drink here via the Dunkin app. It has always comes with cold foam at every other Dunkin location that I’ve gone to. I asked them why didn’t it come with cold foam, they told me the Sabrina drink doesn’t come with cold foam. Then they switched up their response and told me they already shook the drink before I received the drink. That does not make sense. They said they could add cold foam for an extra charge. But when you order the drink on the app, it comes with cold foam so there’s no way to add cold foam on the app. Not even if I wanted to put extra cold foam. he claims he put the cold foam and shook the drink. This drink is very bitter. He did not add no cold foam. I will not be returning to this location they’re very rude and VERY unprofessional. They should be ashamed of themselves. This drink had so much ice as well tasted very watered down.

this is the fastest dunkin in nwi hands down. their speed here is literally something to be studied. the line could be wrapped around the building and you are spending max 5 min in the consistently moving line. staff is super friendly. also they always have the cleanest bathrooms. honestly kudos to this crew, i hope dunkin gives them their flowers bc NEVER can you find all sound service anywhere like this dunkin.
Coffee is always fresh and they actually make their donuts there and fresh every day. Very friendly staff and place is the clean. I love that they call everyone their friend. Great atmosphere.

stop rushing me in the drive through - I asked if I can have a second to look at the menu and 2 seconds later he says “are you ready yet?”. I understand you don’t want to run up your drive thru times but be more considerate of the customer.

DO NOT USE YOUR PHYSICAL CREDIT CARD HERE, MY CAPITAL ONE HAD A BUNCH OF FRAUDULENT DISCREPANCIES, I visited this location on Monday (2) days ago, and haven't used my physical card since then, or before that time. My DD app, wasn't working. Over 3k fraudulent charges. I hope management takes an extra look at employee's.
