We came here on a pretty slow Saturday morning. There were 2 cars in the drive thru and no one inside.
When we entered we were not greeted but stood by the register until someone in my party jokingly said where are all of the employees and one of the employees heard that and said they would be over there in a minute which was fine
So we waited about 20 minutes and even had an employee come to the register and grab donut holes for another order in the Drive-Thru and then not even address us as we stood there so we ended up just having to walk out because they refused to serve us without actually saying they did.

To the girl working the window today 9/3/25 , I ordered a Dunkin latte with an extra shot of espresso and a caramel coffee. I asked you in the window did you put the caramel swirl in the coffee because I don't see it you got smart and said whatever's on the tag that's what we put in there. No you did not in my coffee with an extra shot of espresso doesn't even taste like coffee so you lied. I get coffee 4 days a week I know what my coffee is supposed to taste like not milk

My grandma goes to this Dunkin’ all the time and absolutely loves it. She’s not very good with technology and struggles with the app sometimes, but the employees are always so patient and happy to help her out. She’s always telling me how excited she gets when she earns a free coffee with her rewards. It means so much to her, and I really appreciate how kind and helpful the staff are!

I accidentally ordered the wrong item and didn’t realize until I got it. I went back up to reorder and was totally fine with paying again, but the staff was super kind and insisted on remaking it for me at no charge. Really appreciated how understanding and helpful they were great customer service as always at this location!

The workers are so rude, its like they don't want to be bothered with you, like today how they were just throwing donuts in bags. This is also not a one time thing. Today though was different. The donuts I received at 7:29am mind you were hard, cold and gross. Should have looked everything over before heading to work, but I didn't. Sadly, I didn't take pictures of all the donuts before they were taken by co-workers, honestly I'm embarrassed.
I ordered a medium coffee and a chocolate long John & the guy was like order two more get $1 off i did. Received my order and they were hard, stale, and crisp I’m thinking how does one think this is okay to sell…

They are extremely rude here. I am a regular and would go every day they constantly over push you to buy merchandise and when you don’t they get mad . I normally go to the drive-through but I went inside about three weeks ago and stood there almost 15 minutes and got ignored. Then I went back today to redeem a free drink and give them one last chance, and they were extremely rude again. One of the workers was rolling her eyes at me and giving me a dirty look. The one worker laughed when I told him why I haven’t been here because I was totally Ignored when I came inside and tried to order three weeks ago. Unprofessional. Half the time the website says they’re open and they actually close early with no notice. Unbelievable .
