Very unprofessional management. A woman named Kennedy I witnessed her berate a team member working. It made me leave without placing an order. How can 5 guys have such an individual in management is beyond me. I can't ever give this location my money to have seen the tone of voice she used with a coworker. The company should reconsider who they place in these positions.

Two times in one week we order food for pickup and they mess up the order.
When you pick up your food unwrap the burgers to make sure you got the right thing.

I didn't like their pickles, and i have a strong dslike for mayonaise. Which is partially my fault for not fully reading the menu. Also, the Cajun fries seemed good at first but then quickly became somewhat overbearing. Not gonna lie, I'm terribly disappointed. I had really high expectations for this place, considering how highly everyone speaks of it. The only reason it's even getting 3 stars is because the strawberry milkshake I ordered was on point. Real strawberries, not just some cheap tasting syrup.

I ordered through the app. Food was ready upon arrival. I ordered the wrong item, and the manager and staff quickly replaced my item with no hassle. Food was fresh. Flavored well. The shake was delish.
