My recent order contained several issues despite the receipt indicating correctness. One of the patty melts was served without pickles, while the other lacked the additional patty that was supposed to be included. Although the bun was buttered, it was not toasted as expected, forcing me to toast it myself at home. Additionally, the fries accompanying the meal were soggy, greasy, and undercooked, making them unappetizing. Interestingly, the restaurant was not busy at all during my visit—only three young women were present behind the counter, chatting and joking among themselves instead of actively reading orders or attending to customers with the necessary focus and professionalism.
