Horribleservice, food, and staff. The front desk have no idea what they are doing or how to run a business. The in house "discussion " runs the business. In my wait they gave away 5 tables to walk-ins and tried to gqslight when questioned why their seats were given away. Save your time and money. Horrible experience.

My wife and I recently stopped here for lunch after a doctor visit at community. It had been quite a while since we visited, but we remembered liking the food so we figured we would go. I have to admit I was shocked when we walked through the doors. What I remembered as a pristine Restaurant with an appearance on par with stuff you would find in bigger cities had turned into a rather dingy and dirty environment. Whoever is in charge of general maintenance of the facility probably should find employment elsewhere. The floor is dirty in the corners and behind any obstruction. You could tell the general floor area is being cleaned, but no one is putting in any effort to get behind anything. The place looks like it probably could’ve used a paint job quite a while ago. The walls are beat up And dingy looking. I understand that restaurants can take quite a beating, but even 24hr diner style restaurants do a better job keeping up with the facility itself. I will say food was still rocksolid and our service was pretty good. I’m just not sure if I’d be going back anytime soon. You do pay a bit of a premium over other restaurants Only to be hanging out inside a building that looks a little tired.

Harvest Room advertises take out or dine in but whenever you call for pick up they say they aren’t doing pick up. Why the false advertisement. The establishment is already small. You would think that having dine in customers as well as take out would generate more business and revenue. Well I refuse to dine in again and will tell others as well. Take the words “take out” off of your website page if you don’t off that service.

The food and service was fast and excellent! I ordered the Chicken & Waffle and it was cooked to perfection! The waffles were bacon infused and the food did not leave me feeling sluggish afterwards. I highly recommend! The prices were exceptional as well, typical breakfast prices!

I was sitting down and I overheard a server, older with black hair talking bad about coworkers. I understanding having problems where you work, everyone does. The level of immaturity while at work was disgusting to watch though. I heard her saying to her customers that the restaurant is gross and the kitchen isn’t clean, how she’d rather work somewhere else. Just not a good thing to hear while dining in.

Initially, our seating wasn’t ideal, as we were placed on an overused bench that felt uncomfortable. However, after a quick conversation with the staff, we were moved to a vibrant corner further inside the dining area, which significantly improved the ambiance of our visit. Overall, it was a decent experience, and once seated comfortably, the inviting atmosphere made it a pleasant outing.
