Worst Jersey Mikes location ever. Ordered my sandwich at work 20 minutes away. Got to the location and asked the worker at the pick up counter (who said nothing to me but just stared at me the whole time) for my sandwich which apparently they didn’t have. I showed them on my phone I ordered for Munster and what time my order was to be ready. The guy then said nothing to me then reprinted my ticket. I then had to wait another 25 minutes for my sandwich and wasted my whole lunch break during this nonsense when my sandwich should have been ready upon arrival since I ordered ahead on the app. The employees are all so miserable and say nothing to you and barely acknowledge you are there. The restaurant was also very dirty. Will not be back.

This was my first and last time coming to this Jersey, Mike's I walk in order my sandwich there was a knife out in the open laying on the counter in reach of any customer or someone child that can grab it. The girl picks the knife up and go to use it on my sandwich I says, no, you're not going to use that knife on my sandwich that girl walks away. I said That's unsanitary and You don't have to cut sandwich, I guess this is the manager says, don't give his staff an attitude and we cut everybody's sandwich. I said thats fine but you dont have to cut minds. Again im guessing the boy is a manager he told me that i was rude and i have any attitude and told me to get out. So I guess this is how you treat customers thats paying you. The state needs to come in here and investigate how nasty this place is, it's not sanitary. The lettuce is old is food all over. The counter is very nasty and knives on the counter im sure this is a safety. The whole staff needs to be trained in customer service.I will never be back here ever again.

Came in today Thursday 9/4 4:50pm nice staff the young man making the sandwiches has no listening skills the girls are nice but seconds after giving the order you forget what I asked is not a good look and I trusted that he would get it right and he did not it went from extras mayo to none at all and to me the little things make a difference so yeah not satisfied with Jersey Mike's today.

Placed an order for 4 sandwiches at 6:50 pm. The website said it would be a 45 minute wait and my food would be ready at 7:35 pm. I get to the restaurant to pick up my food to find out my order hasnt even been started on because the system is down. I was told that theu can see when orders come in but have no way of knowing what it is. Seems pretty crazy thay the store knows something is wrong and people wait 45 minutes thinking they are going to get their food, only to get to the store and have to wait another 20 minutes to get my food made. On top of all this, i finally get my food and get home to just find that 1 of the sandwiches was made wrong. This isnt the first time my order has been wrong and had to go back to the store to get my sandwich correct. Probably the last time I order food from a jersey mikes.

Called in placed a order for a number 8. Received sandwich with nothing but lettuce and ham and cheese. No bacon or pepper. Called them and the person was very rude.
The manager was absolutely RUDE last night. His behavior was totally uncalled for and unprofessional. I came there around 9 at night. He didn’t even give me a receipt because I would’ve just did survey instead leaving this review. I could not believe how confrontational he was with me over toppings on my salad.

I’ve only experienced this location via DoorDash and every poor review about this location is CORRECT!! They are skimpy and sloppy with their sandwiches. Thee WORSE JM I’ve EVER had.

This place is nasty. The stations aren't clean, the lettuce is wilted, the service sucks. When the young lady was making my sandwich she was unfriendly and dismissive. Didn't ask me what I wanted on it, just began slapping onions on my sandwich, which I am allergic to. Then huffed and puffed when I asked her to remove it. I'll be filing a compliant with corporate because nasty work stations and wilted lettuce at 10:30 am is unacceptable.
