They didn't have any bread ready.. They said 35 min wait. How does a sub place run out of bread and there was 5 employees there? No one thought to make more before it ran out?

Pretty terrible. Bread was stale. Floor was slippery. Staff had a bad attitude. Soda machine only dispensed syrup. Mike should be embarrassed.

This location used to be good but has now gone down hill. Waiting over 30 minutes to pick up a sub because they forgot to make it is terrible. Then when you get home you see they maded you a steak sub when I clearly ordered a chicken cheese sub. I had to go somewhere to get chicken and just threw the sub in the trash. Really poor customer service and not much attention to their orders.

This is the worst jersey Mike's I've ever gone to they can't get a basic order packaged properly with a online order and no customers. It takes 3 people behind the counter and still not put 5 sandwiches in a bag. So I get home 10+ minutes away from the restaurant to find I'm missing a sandwich I'm told they forgot to put it in the bag and I can return for the missing food. When I return for my missing food I'm offered a free bag of chips for my troubles. I tell them it's ridiculous that they can't get a simple order correctly packaged, where I'm told that I should have checked my bag before leaving. This manager is rude and they won't receive another dollar from me. If you are hungry 😋 just keep driving to the next restaurant.

I love jersey mikes but going into this one in Munster Indiana hurts I have seen for what I can tell off duty employees going in with a dog while on duty employees feeding the dog with there hands and making customers sandwiches after I order my sandwich on the app when I got there they were making my sandwich iemployee dropped half my sandwich and looked at me . Thankfully he made me a new sandwich The employee for most part dirty uniforms young kids Whoever is managing this place really needs to take a long look at things and make some changes
If you have a spare hour to wait for a sandwich, then go for it. It literally takes 20 minutes for them to even start making your sandwich.

Placed a mobile order and was cancelled as I was pulling into the parking lot to pick it up. Told me they were out of the bread I ordered. A substitution or a bowl would've been fine. Pretty sure they just decided they were done for the day and cancelled.

This location is terrible worse customer service ever!!! Placed an order for $49.06, called to let them know that instead of four bags of chips, I only received three. What purpose do I have to lie about a $1.49 bag of chips. Just continued to argue with me that there were indeed 4. Well there are 4 people in my household and only 3 people had chips with their sandwiches. $1.49 smh if I was going to lie, I would have complained about my sandwich. Not a $1.49 bag of chips. Some people just can’t be wrong and that’s ridiculous $1.49
