I placed an online order and didn’t realize that I had to pre pay , so the young lady called me to explain their process with online orders . So they don’t make the sandwiches until you pay, so I told them I apologize and I would head on over because I needed the sandwiches ready by a certain time frame . So when I got to the store the young ladies already had the sandwiches made, so I wouldn’t be late to my meeting . Thank you so much ladies !

I ordered an order for delivery and my sandwich was incorrect so I called the store. The person I spoke with was so nice, apologetic, and got it fixed and sent my way so fast. The delivery driver was also lovely and apologized again for the mistake. Fast food experiences have gone so far downhill, in my opinion, and to have such a positive interaction was so refreshing and so greatly appreciated. Freakishly slow!!!!! This JJ now uses Uber to deliver. Took over an hour to get my order. The Uber driver texted me 3 times and my delivery instruction was to leave the food on my porch, which she did not do. She rang the door bell and waited for someone to open the door. Food was average and they did forget the mayo packets that we ordered. It’s no wonder why fast food is dying. Overpriced, poor quality and awful service.

Allergic to Lettuce. It is noted. Yet I always seem to find lettuce. Today I called and was asked to transport the poison back for a refund. 12 miles of gas wasted to go twice and no sinceriity over attempted poisoning :( sad
