Allergic to Lettuce. It is noted. Yet I always seem to find lettuce. Today I called and was asked to transport the poison back for a refund. 12 miles of gas wasted to go twice and no sinceriity over attempted poisoning :( sad

The absolute worst Jimmy johns to eat at. They cant get a single order right. Probably because they cant hear over the loud rap music playing. Upon entering youll probably question whether youre in munster or gary.

Avoid this location: go to Hammond location where they are friendly and treat you right. As a loyal customer I was for this Munster location, I do not recommend this location and now stopped coming here. I had been coming to this Munster location for about 6 years, and with every visit, except one, each time I came, the service employees lack manners in every way. In other words, you are not appreciated for being their customer, much less their loyal customer. This location allows young kids to take your orders and they severely lack manners, courtesy and proper and basic customer service. To explain in detail, when approaching the register, every time, no matter who it is, they just stand there staring at you: no "Hello", no "How can I help you?", no "How are you?", no "What can I get for you today?"... in other words, they don't treat you with respect or courtesy. As a deaf person (from birth), it was frustrating, as well, when placing my order. Long story short, even as I politely explain to the employees that I am deaf and could they speak up for me, they never did. Not only do these young employees talk too fast, they mumble and give no courtesy to me when I tell them to please speak up and talk slower. They just stand there blankly looking. Many times, it was frustrating to place my order, and humiliating, since they seem to not care. Orders repeated back to me were fruitless, since they just repeat themselves in the same monotone, mumbly and uncaring way. I had to gamble on whether they got my order right. Most of the time, yes, but a few times, they didn't. When I received my order each time, speed was good, but again, no manners. No "thank you", no "Have a nice day", no "Come again!"... nothing. Just hand me my sandwich. Very wrong. Later, every review request I was sent from each visit, I would mention everything on the review, and no response back. That told me, the owner and/or management do not care. With the frustration of giving them my service of 6 years, I no longer go to this location. Customer service includes being friendly and using basic manners. These kids today lack all of this at this location, and management, too, fails to acknowledge my reviews. Treating a disabled person in this manner is terrible. Again, spend your money at a location that treats you like a person and a loyal customer, like the Hammond location. This location never will.

VISITED ON 03/03/25 AROUND THE LUNCH HOUR PLACE WAS PACKED AS FAR AS SEATERS. I JUSTS HAPPENED TO BE THE SECOND PERSON IN LINE. THE CASHIER WAS DECENT, PLACE FAIRLY CLEAN, THE SERVICE FASTS & EFFICIENT HAD THE TURKEY TOM WITH THE RED HOT PEPPERS MAN IT WAS DELICIOUS.

Walked in and the music was super loud. There were three workers who didn’t great us. We started to place order and could barely hear the guy at the register. So we had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times. He asked if we wanted cheese so we asked what kinds they had. He scoffed and said they only had one kind. Very meanly. I guess my partner thought he had asked what kind of cheese he wanted. Because we couldn’t hear the guy barely whispering with their music loud. He then walked away and the other guy told us to leave. We were very confused. He then raised his voice and started calling us names so we got our kids and left. We are still very confused.

My experience wasn't good because this was my first time at this location. I ordered the large sandwich it didn't have a lot of meat on it at all especially for the price. I will never patronize this location again. They didn't even cut the meat on the spot. My experience at another location was totally different and much better than this one.

The sandwich I ordered tasted bad, like the meat and/or cheese was spoiled. It sent me straight to the toilet after eating half the sandwich. Not worth the stomach pain.

Three kids running this place. Walked in said I was here to pick up an order huffed and turned to ask if they had my order. Missing topping on sandwiches missing the packets that were requested. Bread on all the sandwiches was stale and hard. How is this place open and no adult supervision. Won’t be returning to this location.
