I placed an order today at this KFC in Munster on Ridge Road. I just had a conversation with my coworkers stating they had problem with this particular KFC. I responded by saying I haven’t had any issues because I generally don’t eat KFC. I ordered wings the day before and they were great. I decided to order again and I was very disappointed. The wings came with absolutely no sauce as I requested and no gravy with the mash pops. I thought this is an easy fix and just a mistake. Walked food back in and spoke with Matthew. Matthew told me that the sauce was on the wings. I couldn’t believe he lied to my face. He said if they remake them they would come out the same. I explained to him that I had this wings the day before and they had sauce. I know the difference between sauce and no sauce. He looked me in my eyes and said again the wings have sauce. I decided not to go back and forth and requested a refund. Matthew proceeded to give me a refund with no issues. I’m most mad about the lying and lack there of from this particular location. It seems as they are short staffed like a lot of places but please take accountability. I will not be back to this location and I ask you to always check your food before leaving and I hope you get someone that is willing to resolve your issue.

Looks like this place is run by kids. Not much organization. Staff talks so soft you can barely hear them. Not sure what happened to being greeted when you walk into a business. Food was ok. Ordered online ahead so I wouldn't have to wait. Still waited.

Today, I heard them tell the car ahead of me that they were out of sandwiches. The customer left mad. When I was up, I was told they were not sure if they had enough chicken to complete my order.
I wanted all dark. Paid 29.00 plus for all dark 12 pieces. I got 3-4 white. Not happy. Every location is different. Some go out of their way. Others dont. Schererville picks up their phone. Munster does not. Munster lost my business.

I wish I could give them below the one star how do you run out of chicken and tell me the 8 piece special is not available for two Tuesdays on the roll and the line going around the corner and then tell me I gotta wait 30 mins and if you don’t like it call corporate you think I am going to wait 1 hr for fast food u out your mind

Worse service ever at a kfc. The Manager was clearly high off weed. The whole night shift had Slow responses messed up food three times got attitude because I didn’t want cold chicken. Had I of not had my kids and them being so hungry after their play date I would have just went got something else but they wanted chicken.
