I wanted all dark. Paid 29.00 plus for all dark 12 pieces. I got 3-4 white. Not happy. Every location is different. Some go out of their way. Others dont. Schererville picks up their phone. Munster does not. Munster lost my business.

I wish I could give them below the one star how do you run out of chicken and tell me the 8 piece special is not available for two Tuesdays on the roll and the line going around the corner and then tell me I gotta wait 30 mins and if you don’t like it call corporate you think I am going to wait 1 hr for fast food u out your mind

Worse service ever at a kfc. The Manager was clearly high off weed. The whole night shift had Slow responses messed up food three times got attitude because I didn’t want cold chicken. Had I of not had my kids and them being so hungry after their play date I would have just went got something else but they wanted chicken.

The supervisor Kathy is EXTREMELY rude, condescending and flat out prejudice. I had missing items in my drive thru order and I called to complaint. I asked to speak with the supervisor and she was just talking over me, yelling all sorts of racial slurs, she asked for my name, she mispronounced and it and said it’s not her fault I have this “hard name” to pronounce. This is not what a supervisor should act like. At the very list hire individuals that have GED.

This location used to be pretty good, but my last two visits for lunch (drive-thru) were disgusting. The chicken was obviously old/re-heated from a previous day, not fresh at all & really not fit to eat. Never again!!

Staff could care less. I received no napkins. Utensils or sauces. Plus my biscuit was smooshed underneath my chicken. Consistently terrible location.

Usually pretty busy because there isn’t another kfc that close by around. Pretty expensive nowadays. I imagine most people spend a couple extra bucks and go across the street to Buffalo wild wings. I only come when they send coupons in the mail. They got a nice dining room tho

While the workers were very polite, they messed up my order and the tenders I ordered were clearly old then thrown into the fryer to heat them up. They were very dry and the breading was close to burnt. Would not recommend this kfc .

Got all the way home to eat this chicken just for it to be OLD and HARD it was nasty and the fact I didn’t even check my bag was even worse because I asked for dark meat and they still gave me breast all of it was disgusting
