Overpriced items. I got rice and brussel sprouts and ended up paying around $40. The rice didn't have much flavor. The veggies I got in the rice tasted as if they were frozen. Not worth the amount charged.

So...we went with 4 people and one entree came 15-20 minutes before the other 3 people's food. Service was slow, food is tasty but portions are smaller and prices have increased. Overall, was disappointed with service of food.

Once again, Chris was our waiter, and again great service!  We had edamame, 3 rolls, and our birthday dessert - chocolate salted caramel soufflé- very delish! Tried a new roll to us, the bacon bomb, which did not disappoint! Of course we'll be back!

I ordered a carry out order and my total was roughly $53 for 2 items, which was fine and I had no issue with..What I DID have an issue with, was when I asked for sweet and sour sauce, I was told that it would cost $1.50!I was told that what I ordered (fried rice and the Yakisoba) didn’t come with ANY sauce, but if I wanted some, I’d have to pay for it!I then requested to speak to the manager, who then confirmed that I would not be able to receive sweet and sour sauce if I didn’t pay for it!This is ridiculous! I had just spent $53 for 2 items!!!! Although their food is good and NOT inexpensive , it’s not worth me going back when I have to pay extra for sauce..I thought Kitaro would be a good addition to our area as far as restaurants go, but I will NOT be going back when my patronage is not appreciated and additionally, I’m nickel and dimed for the smallest things. And the manager was politely nasty.

Great Place. Beautifully decorated. Great food. ?? Sushi was fresh and delicious. Chilean Sea Bass and New york Strip were Amazing. Our server Alejandro was exceptional. It was a good night.

I have been to Kitaro numerous times. However, the service this time was below their standard. We wanted to order additional servings but never heard back from our server until we were finished and then he offered if we wanted anything else. At that point we were frustrated with the service and just asked for the check. Probably wouldn't sit int he bar again becasue service was substandard.
