I was in the drive through and we ordered a happy meal, and the happy meal fries portion was so small it wasn’t even 1 serving. Kids these days definitely eat way more than half a serving of fries. My child was so dissatisfied with the small portion they got. Cmon do better

As soon as we got in there it was packed so I expected to be there for a while but I didn’t expect to spend 40 fricking minutes in there. Once we ordered we notice this one worked with glasses complaining constantly, then once our food FINALLY arrived, she tried handing us cups even though we had them already so I POLITELY Said “oh we already have cups” she then replied “okay there’s no need for the attitude” and have some nasty look at me, the people around me looked at me and were shocked ahe said that, this old man even said “give some respect to that little girl” never coming back to this location. Terrible workers, no matter what job you have you ahould do it to your fullest potential. Im 15 by the way. This worker looked about 20

I mainly do mobile orders, when the line is long outside I go inside, it takes at least 3 minutes to have someone help you out while the rest bat eyes at you and act like you don’t exist. A lady was so annoyed one time she went behind the counter and grabbed her own cup because they didn’t give her one in her order and she got tired of waiting. I don’t blame her. Mobile ordered nuggets and a burger 15 minutes in advance for drive thru, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and when I got to the window they told me to park by the front door and they’d bring it out.. then had to wait another 15 minutes for them to bring out two items. Keep in mind I asked for one serving of mayo and ketchup. Look at the photo.

Latin machine seems to be down at all times that I’ve gone there. I’ve tried going different times to see if it’s that or if it’s just me also don’t expect to get a latte or even a coffee in an hour before they close they will just tell you that they don’t have any unprofessional kids running the show
Mobile ordering sucks. It happens all the time when I place an order on my phone for curbside pickup, I get there just for the app to start acting a fool. The app doesn't want to load, and they won't start preparing the food until they get a notification that I'm there waiting for pickup. It soooo frustrating. Food is good, service is great, they will still make your food at the price you paid online, but it's just a hassle to have to wait in line/drive thru. I mean the point of mobile ordering is so you don't have to wait at the restaurant.

This restaurant used to be ran top notch and clean as a whistle. Since the owner passed, it is dirty, some new employees are rude, and the service is horrible.

Couldn't get over how dirty the diningroom was when we were there. Straw wrappers on the floor or under tables. Trays stacked up on just about every garbage can area. Honestly the trash bin by the side door was full as if it hadn't been changed all day. When we got there, besides 2 employees sitting down there was maybe 2 other customers inside.
