This joint remind me of a zombie movie when u have a whole bunch of zombies in the kitchen moving slow as he'll this joint be having like 8 people in the kitchen in it takes them 10 minutes just to make a plain hamburger they also slowing up uber eats n doordash drivers them drivers be on a time limit picking up orders message to the new owner tell yo employees n managers to get the ants out there pants n improve this damn speed of service

Tis is supposed to be fast food?! It takes them 5 minutes to move 1 car, then 3 to move the next car, this continued for 20 minutes from the time I placed my order until I finally got my food! I will never visit this location! My friend went inside last week and they click through their orders to look good for corporate and then forget about the customer.

The young girl with no nametag at the drive thru window handed me the wrong food order then took almost a whole minute of me waiving to call her attention. She then told someone inside about my order being wrong and I heard her laughing about it as if it was funny smh so then that person yelled at her to grab the wrong bag of food she handed me. Of course I wasn't going to keep someone else's food order so I handed it back to her with no problem. At least she apologized for the inconvenience but a little ignorant at the same time. The french fries were lukewarm and my 2 double cheeseburgers were made too greasy and both looked very sloppy. To top it off there were no napkins anywhere to be found smh. You need a new night crew at this location as this is completely unacceptable and the unprofessionalism shows.

Ever since the ownership change things have really gone down hill. The service is slower, the orders are inaccurate, they'll even short you a whole burger patty on a double burger. It's ridiculous. Nobody there cares enough about their job to learn how to do it. It has gotten as bad as the one just over on 41. Corporate needs to pull the franchise because this is going to destroy the brand for this area.

Business is ran by teens and horrible customer service as well as good service !! Took forever to take order and then to get food was even worse of a wait all while there was 2 lines full of cars in drive thru and a line inside as well!! Poor management
They often get orders wrong especially on the morning shift. Often my coffee order is wrong and I don’t discover it until I’m already at work.

I was in the drive through and we ordered a happy meal, and the happy meal fries portion was so small it wasn’t even 1 serving. Kids these days definitely eat way more than half a serving of fries. My child was so dissatisfied with the small portion they got. Cmon do better
