I was in the drive through and we ordered a happy meal, and the happy meal fries portion was so small it wasn’t even 1 serving. Kids these days definitely eat way more than half a serving of fries. My child was so dissatisfied with the small portion they got. Cmon do better
Mobile ordering sucks. It happens all the time when I place an order on my phone for curbside pickup, I get there just for the app to start acting a fool. The app doesn't want to load, and they won't start preparing the food until they get a notification that I'm there waiting for pickup. It soooo frustrating. Food is good, service is great, they will still make your food at the price you paid online, but it's just a hassle to have to wait in line/drive...
When I first moved to Lansing 2 years ago this a as the worst McDonald's I'd ever been to. I would literally go all the way to the one on Torrence because of the horrible service and food. Lately, it's like a complete 180 at this location. I go in, and the employees speak, and the food has been extremely fresh. Not sure what's 6 keep up the good work.
