Way to expensive for soup. A small container of soup priced to high. I think other places have better for less price. I understand times are rough, but I dont think Panera understands times are rough for everyone.
They're inconsistent.
Update: 2025, their food have gotten better
A very nice and clean Panera location right off of 294.
Waited an hour for a to go order, and watched countless people leave because their food was taking so long
Good food at the go
Overall great customer service experience and awesome customer food experience always!
Great place to grab a bite to eat and relax
Disappointed had to ask for extra meat and cheese otherwise my sandwich would have been just bread, same as the soup more bread then soup
they have great food and all but gotta do better on drive thru times can't wait 20 minutes for a breakfast sandwich
Always delicious. Try the seasonal grilled cheese on brioche!

I love Panera. Wonderful meun and everything is so fresh and delicious. Good job Panera.
Awful customer service, with to bosses their. A customer wanted a refund because of the wait time ... she was ignored.
I had to wait over 25 minutes for an Uner eats order.
Not sure why the employees on the drive thru intercom are in such a rush to hurry customers through an order, but it caused issues and incorrect items. Got to the window and they forgot to give us our smoothie and an entire sandwich. Went back inside to get it corrected and while management was nice, the sandwich that was given was a sloppy mess. Weird experience for Panera standards, which most locations are usually solid at worst
How can I take over 10 minutes just to get a cup of coffee when there's no one else in the drive-up line?
The food is good but I just think they've gotten SO over priced. My son was sick and I went in for a bowl of chicken noodle soup and it was $8!!!! I know this isn't homemade food, why is the mark up so high now?
