I arrived at 6:45 p.m. to buy good bread to go soup I had made at home. Wait in line for several minutes while the one cashier took care of another customer. Then I get to the front of line, and the associate refused to sell me bread. She told me that it was all to be used for sandwiches and she couldn't sell me anything. Isn't the point of being in business to sell what you have in stock? Why on earth would you not want to sell stock to somebody who is there and willing to purchase it? Completely unacceptable service.

Waited in line at the driver thru for roughly 20 minutes just to get home and see half of my meal was missing. I went back to the store and the manager Garrett was extremely helpful and friendly in correcting my order. The staff was apologetic and left me a very satisfied customer. Great customer service!

I am Panera’s biggest fan. The food is great. HOWEVER…THIS LOCATION DESERVES ZERO STARS. Service was HORRIBLE. My sandwich was made very sloppy. I also ordered Mac and cheese which was put in the bag correctly but then placed inside of a larger bag on its side causing it to leak. Caesar salad was HORRIBLY skimpy. Just ridiculous. I should’ve went to my regular location in Homewood. THEY ARE THE BEST!

Whenever I run out of coffee at home, I like to run through here to get one (and a pastry). The food and coffee are great, the folks working at the drive-thru are always friendly, but I gave it a four-star because it's very very slow. I wish their service was faster - especially when I'm ordering a simple coffee and pastry off their shelf. I never understand what takes so long?

LOVE THIS FOOD SO GOOD is what I'd normally say but the workers are lazy and give you wrong order half of the time. I waited over half an hour for half of a simple vegetarian sandwich, when I went up to see if it was ready 2 employees were talking and when i asked them if it was ready they were barely grabbing the bread. Also they removed mine and my family's favorite sandwiches so we had to choose others.

I usually love Panera but this morning was ridiculous line was riduclous...then ordered my food with 2 cars ahead and literally took 20 mins for a bagel and a cookie...so riduclous...so if you have customers that have big orders make them move to a parking space and have a employee run out their order and finish waiting on the rest of us waiting forever and a day...
