Service was horrible!!!!!! I would NEVER EVER get pizza, wings, bread sticks or the cookie from here again!!!! Idk what was worst the customer service or the pizza! I would say Customer service! I waited over 2hrs for my pizza to be delivered and then the delivery driver didn't know my address, called me and then acted as if I gave him the wrong address. I made the online order and kept reaching out to customer service on the phone, first time they answered and said my order would be here in the next 30 mins then 30 mins passed and I kept calling and calling from 3 different phones and no answer and once they answered they would hang up! I have screen shots of the calls and all my proof. NEVER ordering from here again. I also filled out the manager callback online from the feedback and no response still. It's been over 2 weeks going on 3 weeks!!! Horrible service!!! And nasty cold food once it got delivered!

Tonight 12/31/25 at about 7:30p I went to pick my pizza up. My son wanted to try Papa Johns we’ve never had it before and this will be our last time. It was just terrible the pizza was dry they didn’t cut it and we ordered garlic bread sticks (YUCK) I swear a dog wouldn’t even eat those bread sticks. I really want to show the pic of food but it’s not giving me an option to upload pic

This used to be the best Papa John’s! Something has changed recently. On the 24th of October ordered pizza and waited over an HOUR for two pizzas. Everytime we went in she said it’s almost ready over and over again. Today ordered pizza and it was ROCK HARD. The crust and sauce made up half the pizza and it was super over cooked to a point where it was too hard to bite through.

just had to give the munster papa john pizza location a review, went there to pick up an order and lucky to have devito tanner prepare the order, but he was so conscientious and pleasant, immediately told me the status of my order and he was very impressive because he gave his all to do his job in a timely, professional and informative manner, as i have mentioned before in some of my reviews, employees who help make ordering, and pick up in a pleasant, timely manner and reflect that to the customer is refreshing, and devito really deserves to be recognized, good food has impact, but sometimes great service has a larger impact on customers returning

I will give it a 0. The order was delivered late and incorrect food, pizza with no sauce and my drinks never arrived, upon realizing it I call to have them correct my order and they said they will only corrected if I were to send the pizza back for quality control? I forgot that part of the process on my order. Well after a long wait I got my second order, it literally was like a stew and same pizza that was wrong to start with! The delivery driver was questioning me and telling me there is nothing wrong with your order. Definitely will not be ordering from here anymore.

Just went in yesterday, wish I got the guys name. Got a pizza and it was perfect. Told him I couldn't change the garlic sauce cup to a seasoning packet in the app anymore. He took care of it and made my day. I thought I was gonna have to pay for a packet and get a cup of garlic sauce I don't eat anyway. All aces at this one.
