The order was delivered late and incorrect food, pizza with no sauce and my drinks never arrived, upon realizing it I call to have them correct my order and they said they will only corrected if I were to send the pizza back for quality control? I forgot that part of the process on my order. Well after a long wait I got my second order, it literally was like a stew and same pizza that was wrong to start with! The delivery driver was questioning me and telling me there is nothing wrong with your order. Definitely will not be ordering from here anymore.

Just went in yesterday, wish I got the guys name. Got a pizza and it was perfect. Told him I couldn't change the garlic sauce cup to a seasoning packet in the app anymore. He took care of it and made my day. I thought I was gonna have to pay for a packet and get a cup of garlic sauce I don't eat anyway. All aces at this one.

Food is usually good at PaPa Johnās(Iām a truck driver and order from across the country). They got my information to start, helped me with my order, then told me my total and immediately asked would I like to come pick it up since they donāt deliver to my area? I told them no thank you and hung up. This whole process took about 5 minutes. Could have been 1 if he had told me he didnāt deliver to my area, 6 miles away from them, when he got my information.

It is not the food tasted bad, however it would be nice if the toppings sauce and cheese made it closer to the edge. I ordered a large, but it was like a large pizza crust with a small pizza with toppings sitting in the middle. I know they can do better.

Part of my order was missing and after talking to two employees their answer was to credit my next order which was impossible since I don't live in Indiana! Then 1/3 of one of the pizzas had no cheese on it, just dough and mushrooms.
