Place used to be good my last visit yesterday I got 2 Large pizzas the one I ate which was stuffed crust didn’t taste that well but I didn’t think nothing of it until the next morning when I completely couldn’t keep anything down all day. This place gave me food poisoning !!! Will not be back !

Ordered online and order was ready but no one wanted to come up to the counter so I stood there for about 20 minutes with about 2 other customers. Was very disappointed when I saw I had 10 fries in my 10 dollar meal ?

I phoned my order in, I asked the individual that I talked to was there any type of specials with the personal pan pizza’s. That individual said no, so I placed my order. As soon as I walked into restaurant on the inside door I saw the banner that stated there was a deal going on with the personal pan pizzas. I explain to the cashier I asked the individual I spoke to about the special and they told me there was not one knowing it was the same person I talked to on the phone. This individual tells me well, ‘They’re really is no special on the personal pan pizza as she explains what the special is’. To make matters worse, she starts smirking at me. Not sure if she had an issue with the color of my skin, which was different from hers, but I suggest she find another job because her customer service level is below acceptable and I think that was just ignorant as hell. Never ever will I buy from this Pizza Hut again.

Stopped in on my way home from O’Hare to Indianapolis. The pizza was delicious, the cashier was super friendly and radiated positive energy and all in all it was a great experience. I honestly wish I lived closer ?

This was supposed to be hand toss pizza and it is as flat as the box it came in. No sauce and dry as the dessert. When I bite into it, it crunched. I gave my grandson 2 pieces and he didn’t even eat them he threw them away. I had 1 piece and did not finish that. I ordered bread sticks and wings which were all good, but the pizza was horrible.
A single strain of hair was on the cinnamon sticks and not much sauce was on the

Very disappointed. I ordered two large pizzas. When i opened the box the pizzas were burnt, dry and hard with very thin crust barely any pizza sauce. I picked it up evening and called the manager to tell them about the poor quality. The first female that answered the phone was very rude. I requested to speak to manager. I explained the poor quality to the manager with pictures and a copy of how much i paid from my debit card. She assured me the situation would be fixed and to call back. When i called back she told me. I'm too late call the store manager. I will not waste my money again.You would be better off going to jewels, aldis or little ceasar instead of buying that cardboard like pizza.FYI THE PIC BELOW IS FROM WALDOS PIZZA ON RIDGE IT TASTES LIKE THE PIZZA I PAID FOR AT PIZZA HUT SHOULD. I PAID 37 FOR LESS PIZZA AT PIZZA HUT. WALDO HAS JUMBOS

This store has been consistent but unfortunately consistently bad. Price is crazy and is not the same as the online order special price as described by the Manager. Be aware $92.00 for 2 ( Large?) Pizzas bread sticks and 24 boneless wings. Not one item was good. 2" of crust all around and hand tossed was very thin with little sauce,cheese and ingredients. All arrived cold but quickly. Best part was the delivery. Better quality and value from frozen pizzas. From a former pizza place owner very poorly run!! Terrible quality and manager was not helpful. Bye and good riddance!!
