This food is absolutely horrid. Undercooked lobster almost raw, burned steak, extremely salty fried shrimp. The baked potato was more like microwaved but at least edible, and I don’t know if they changed the biscuits, but they had no flavor whatsoever. Right now I all I taste is a mouthful of salt as if I just dumped salt all over my tongue. I’ll never go back.

Did a carry out. Ordered a smoothie. I arrived 30 later. Smoothie was practicallt water when i arrived and they handed it to me.?ummmm. No.

No draft beer when we were there. Were told they wouldn't substitute a baked potato for the crispy potatoes that my wife doesn't like .Had our cards on the table, and told the waitress we were there celebrating a special day, she never asked what we were celebrating. They calculate the suggested tip on the total with tax. We were definitely not a priority, we won't be back.

We came here as a family to celebrate my niece and nephews, triplets, 21st birthday. We had a great time. We were promptly seated, service was fast and uncomplicated,,and the food was hot and tasty. I don't recall hearing any complaints from our group.

I CAME IN ON 04/15/24 DURING LUNCHTIME.I PLACED MY ORDER ONLINE FOR PICKUP AT A SPECIFIC TIME.WHEN I GOT THERE 15 MINUTES BEFORE MY SCHEDULED PICKUP. THE YOUNG LADY TOLD ME THEY WERE IN THE PROCESS OF PUTTING MY ORDER TOGETHER.THEN THE COOKING STAFF WANTED TO MAKE SURE I HAD NOT FRIES.EVERYTHING WAS PACKED AND ALL MY ORDERS WAS PLACED NEATLY IN THE BAG.THE SPICY SHRIMP APPETIZERS ARE SO GOODI AM A BIG FAN OF THE BISCUITS AND I WAS GIVEN HOT BISCUITS RIGHT OUT THE OVENEVERY TIME I COME TO RED LOBSTER I ORDER PRETTY MUCH THE SAME THING ADMIRAL FESTS (BEFORE NEPTUNES PLATTER) SINCE THE 1970’S.SO EVERYTHING WAS COOKED FINE AND IT WAS GIVEN TO ME IN A TIMELY FASHION AND THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY.THE PLACE WAS CLEAN BUT I CAME AFTER HOUR IT OPENED SO DONT GO BY MY REVIEW ON CLEANLINESS.
Our Waitress need a lot of work on checking back on customers. My food came out warm if that. I told her to microwave it. Either she left it out too long, or cooks did. The heat/A/C was on to Hot/Cold. I told them it off never did.
No wait timr which was great! We did go on a week day! Waitress was great, she came back several times asking if we needed anything else making sure we were content with our dinner. She did however bring me a burnt shrimp screwer and it was so burnt its like why would you even present that to me? You have to know that a part of good customer service is to make sure that your customers are served good quality food so that they continue to come back. My pasta was very bland, actually the worst pasta Iv have ever had at Red lobster. There was barely any alfredo sauce on it. Everything else was okay. The drinks we ordered which was the Lobsteritas, they were amazing. Very big drink! I think that was petty much the best part of the experience here. I cant say I’ll be going back to this location to be honest. Its gone down hill over the years.
I don't like the changes. No salads, less food and higher prices. Most have raised their prices, but I felt I was gouged more than other places. Six dollars for a beer and ten dollars for a sub-par Bloody Mary. Appetizers for $15 and the Snow Crabs were sub-par also. Red Lobster is not a high end restaurant. Others must feel that way also, because we didn’t need to wait for a table, like we used to. We won't be back. The only good thing was the Biscuits and the service.

Don't like that salad is not included with the meal
The average place food was OK but not great. Our waitress was horrible she complained about having people being seated while she wanted to go outside and take a cigarette break. She then stayed at our table to talk about how she has to share her tips with the other crew workers and how Red Lobster only pays their wait staff 2.00 an hour.I don't know how much was true, but feeling bad for her ended up paying her 27.00 through the cash app so she could keep the tip she did not deserve.We had to wait for our drink refills and served my sister n law cold coffee.Might have been the location but I recommend going to Another Sea food place and get your money's worth!!Food looks better in the picture than it really was!
