Highly disturbed that one of the workers preparing food, went to the bathroom in her apron. There is no telling what kind of fecal matter or urine splash might be attached to her apron. Eat at your own risk. Whoever works Tuesday evenings around the 530p shift... be very cautious.

Very bad experience trying to order the $3.50 pizza this morning. They turned off the online ordering at 11 am and wouldn't answer the phone. Will not ever go there again.

Definitely want to take a minute and acknowledge the young ladies at the counter, my sister and I came for the $3 pizza special, and was told 3 hours, not a problem! So when we returned, my oh my the place was PACKED! 2 lines, one for placing orders and one for picking up! we patiently waited for our order numbers to be called, after about 10-15 minutes waiting, we were out the door! However, I just wanted to come here and say how disrespectful the other guests were while they were waiting for their orders. Mind you, today was a GREAT SPECIAL, you know it was going to be a busy day for the establishment, and you still want to talk down and scream at the young ladies for not having your pizza out on time. Come on, the oven can only make a certain number at a time, these employees definitely deserve a special recognition, for having to deal with so many INCONSIDERATE humans.

At 5:40 pm today (9/28/24) I called and asked if this location had any sausage slices ready. The employee said they did and I told her I'd be there in about 5 minutes. I get there and there's no slices in the warmer and then I'm told they don't sell slices on the weekend. I LITTERALY JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH THEM!! I told them this is BS. Someone in the back said something like it must be the call center. I dialed the number I have for this location. So I drive from Lansing only to have to go somewhere else for food. This kind of stupidity will put you out of business. Not happy at all!

Ordered today 9/23/24, chicken tenders were so burnt. Called and was not able to get a refund, just credit and not even for a full amount. Credit is pretty useless since we only eat there as a treat cause of the price. It’s so bitter I can’t even hide it with sauce.
I’d just like to express that the staff did an amazing job yesterday! The 60th Anniversary Special (9/17) was a bit hectic! Even with the customer’s frustration due to delays. The staff was extremely polite and worked to get it resolved. I picked up my order between 3-4 and the Employee at the counter did an excellent job! Thank you!
